  • First Superior Exteriors Inc., Greenfield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 5 to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $525. The company was issued the citation April 3 during a roofing job at 16415 Wisconsin Ave., Brookfield.
  • Magaw Electric Construction Inc., Sturtevant, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 7 to reduce two electrical-wiring-methods citations, totaling $3,000, to $1,600 and three electrical-installation-safety-requirements citations, totaling $4,500, to $2,400. The company was issued the citations March 30 during an electrical job at 3737 Outer Loop Road, Kenosha.

The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,500 fall-protection citation and a $1,050 stairways citation. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,500 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation. The company was issued the citations Dec. 15 during a water- and sewer-line job in Milwaukee.
  • The Selmer Co., Green Bay, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on June 8 to reduce a $1,500 scaffolding citation to $1,100. The company was issued the citation Jan. 22 during an industrial building and warehouse job in Wittenberg.
