Listen to this article- Premier Drywall LLC, Stanley, paid a $300 stairways citation April 22, 2008. The company was issued the citation April 9, 2008, during a drywall and insulation job at 2402 Lorch Ave., Eau Claire.
- The Cutting Edge, Chattanooga, Tenn., must pay a $750 powered-industrial-trucks citation, a $1,050 head-protection citation, a $1,500 steel-erection-fall-protection citation, a $750 steel-erection-training citation and three ladders citations, totaling $2,250, because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Aug. 7, 2008, during a structural-steel-erection job at 1930 W. Court St., Janesville.
- Regent Builders LLC, Madison, must pay a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Sept. 10, 2008, during a siding job in Cottage Grove.
- Garcia Construction, Waupaca, must pay a $600 eye-and-face-protection citation, a $1,500 fall-protection citation and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Sept. 11, 2008, during a roofing job at 4845 Hayes Road, Madison.
- Con-Tek LLC, Madison, must pay a $600 fall-protection citation and a $600 stairways-and-ladders-training citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Aug. 27, 2008, during a specialty-trade job at 5831 Lopine St., Madison.
- Micek Siding & Construction, Janesville, must pay a $600 fall-protection citation, a $600 fall-protection-training citation and a $400 abatement-verification citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations May 7, 2008, and July 16, 2008, during and after a roofing job at 2423 Quail Ridge Drive, Janesville.
- Palomaki Construction, Lebanon, must pay a $750 fall-protection citation, a $750 fall-protection-training citation and a $300 abatement-verification citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. - Wes Rajek Construction, Wausau, must pay a $1,500 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation March 17, 2008, during a roofing job at 1508 Merrill Ave., Wausau.
- Dehn Remodeling, Green Bay, must pay a $1,050 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation July 25, 2008, during a roofing job at 149 Pulaski St., Pulaski.
- Tom Koeppel Builders, Whitelaw, must pay a $600 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation June 6, 2008, during a roofing job in Whitelaw.
