  • Payant Construction LLC, Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 4 to reduce a $600 woodworking-tools citation to $420, a $450 electrical-wiring-design-and-protection citation to $315, a $1,050 scaffolding citation to $735 and a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $1,050. The company was issued the citations April 23 during an industrial building job at 2803 N. Meade St., Appleton.
  • Glover Metal Building Erectors Ltd., Kingston, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 6 to reduce a $10,000 aerial-lifts citation to $5,000. The company was issued the citation April 23 during an industrial building job at 2201 W. South Branch Blvd., Oak Creek.
  • Alpine Insulation Co. Inc., Sheboygan, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 13 to pay a $3,500 fall-protection citation and reduce a $3,500 fire-protection citation to $500, a $1,400 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $0 and a $2,450 stairways citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $2,450 stairways citation and a $3,500 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations April 21 during a specialty-trade job at 16415 Wisconsin Ave., Brookfield.
  • Badger State Inc., Eau Claire, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 13 to reduce a $1,000 safety-training-and-education citation to $500 and a $1,250 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citations April 24 during a plumbing, heating and air-conditioning job at 1712 Leyman St., Eau Claire.
  • Fred Michiels Construction LLC, Suamico, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 15 to reduce a $600 eye-and-face-protection citation to $420 and a $1,500 scaffolding citation to $1,050. The company was issued the citations April 23 during a residential construction job at 808 Potts Ave., Green Bay.
  • Rosenbrook Construction LLC, New Auburn, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 20 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $525 and a $750 fall-protection-training citation to $263. The company was issued the citations April 24 during a carpentry job at 315 Riverfront Terrace, Eau Claire.
  • Phoenixparkside LLC, Eau Claire, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 20 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $750 and a $750 fall-protection-training citation to $375. The company was issued the citations April 24 during a multifamily housing job at 315 Riverfront Terrace, Eau Claire.
  • Wiegert Enterprises LLC, Brillion, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 1 to reduce a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $735. The company was issued the citation May 8 during a nonresidential building job in Menasha.
  • Riley Construction Co. Inc., Kenosha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 2 to pay a $2,450 scaffolding citation and dismiss a $2,450 scaffolding-training citation. The company was issued the citations May 15 during an industrial job at 9950 76th St., Pleasant Prairie.
  • Wimmer Development LLC, Hales Corners, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 3 to reduce a $1,500 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $0, a $1,500 stairways citation to $750, a $1,500 housekeeping citation to $750 and a $1,500 fire-protection citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,500 housekeeping citation and a $1,500 fire-protection citation. The company was issued the citations May 15 during a nonresidential building job at 16415 Wisconsin Ave., Brookfield.
  • Fowler and Hammer Inc., La Crosse, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 9 to reduce a $1,250 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $0. The company was issued the citation May 20 during nonresidential building job at 157 Summer St., La Crosse.
