•    Rojas Plastering, Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 1 to reduce a $2,000 scaffolding citation to $1,000, a $2,000 aerial-lifts citation to $1,000 and an $800 fall-protection-training citation to $400. The company was issued the citations Aug. 14 during a drywall and insulation job at 2315 N. 124th St., Brookfield.
•    Liberty Exteriors Inc., Mondovi, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 2 to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $375 and a $1,500 ladders citation to $750. The company was issued the citations Aug. 17 during a roofing job at 1318 W. Hamilton Ave., Eau Claire.
•    Binger Roofing and Siding LLC, Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 2 to reduce a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $450 and a $1,050 fall-protection-training citation to $450. The company was issued the citations Aug. 19 during a roofing job in Madison.
•    Red Cedar Steel Erectors Inc., Menomonie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 3 to reduce a $2,000 steel-erection-fall-protection citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citation Aug. 17 during a structural-steel erection job in Kenosha.
•    Carlson Racine Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc., Racine, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 3 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $750. The company was issued the citation Aug. 12 during a roofing job at 9555 S. 76th St., Pleasant Prairie.
•    The Penebaker Enterprises LLC, Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 4 to reduce a $1,200 ladders citation to $0 and a $2,400 fall-protection citation to $1,200. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,500 scaffolding citation. The company was issued the citations Aug. 14 during a roofing job at 3000 Lincoln Memorial Drive, Milwaukee.
•    Total Electric Service Inc., Marshfield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 8 to reduce an $875 asbestos citation to $613. The company was issued the citation Aug. 27 during an electrical job in Menomonie.
•    Gaier Construction Corp., Black River Falls, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 8 to reduce two aerial-lifts citations, totaling $4,000, to $1,800. The company was issued the citations Aug. 18 during a roofing job in Black River Falls.
•    Harry Viner Inc., La Crosse, paid a $2,000 specific-excavation-requirements citation Sept. 14. The company was issued the citation July 29 during a water- and sewer-line job in West Salem.
•    G.P. Stucco LLC, Cadott, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 15 to reduce a $600 hazard-communication citation to $360 and a $1,400 scaffolding citation to $420. The company was issued the citations Aug. 3 during a drywall and insulation job at 3217 Stein Blvd., Eau Claire.
•    Davco Development Corp., Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 15 to reduce a $3,000 steel-erection-fall-protection citation to $1,200. The company was issued the citation Sept. 1 during a framing job in Kenosha.
•    Mad City Roofing, Siding & Windows Inc., Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 16 to reduce a $1,000 ladders citation to $400 and a $5,600 fall-protection citation to $2,240. The company was issued the citations Aug. 18 during a roofing job in Cambridge.
•    O&M Excavating & Grading Inc., Union Grove, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 17 to reduce a $2,100 head-protection citation to $885, a $6,000 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $2,000 and two specific-excavation-requirements citations, totaling $6,000, to $1,000. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $3,000 specific-excavation-requirements citation, a $6,000 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation and a $2,100 head-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Sept. 4 during an excavation job in Brookfield.
•    Benedict Refrigeration Service Inc., Altoona, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 18 to reduce an $875 fall-protection citation to $613. The company was issued the citation Sept. 4 during a plumbing, heating and air-conditioning job at 1110 W. Broadway, Menomonie.
•    Bacilio Rios Roofing, Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 21 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $900 and a $750 ladders citation to $300. The company was issued the citations Aug. 28 during a roofing job at 7849 Edgewater Court, Sherwood.
•    H.J. Smet & Son Roofing Inc., Pleasant Prairie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 22 to reduce a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $735 and a $600 ladders citation to $420. The company was issued the citations Sept. 2 during a roofing job at 615 71st St., Kenosha.
•    Tivo’s Roofing, Racine, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 22 to reduce a $2,800 fall-protection citation to $1,200 and a $1,600 ladders citation to $600. The company was issued the citations Aug. 21 during a roofing job in Racine.
•    Edward Kraemer & Sons Inc., Plain, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 23 to pay a $2,975 fall-protection citation and a $1,275 concrete-and-masonry-construction citation. The company was issued the citations Sept. 4 during a highway, street and bridge job in New Richmond.
•    Bloomington Linoleum and Carpet Inc., Bloomington, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 23 to reduce a $750 respiratory-protection citation to $450 and a $750 hazard-communication citation to $450. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,250 powered-industrial-trucks citation and a $1,250 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Sept. 4 during a finish carpentry job at 1110 Broadway, Menomonie.
•    Uihlein Electric Co. Inc., Brookfield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 23 to pay a $900 electrical-wiring-methods citation. The company was issued the citation Sept. 2 during an electrical job at 2100 W. Fairy Chasm St., Milwaukee.
•    Mars Roofing & Gutters, Kenosha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 24 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $300 and a $600 ladders citation to $200. The company was issued the citations Sept. 9 during a roofing job at 401 71st St., Kenosha.
•    Iowa-Grant Trucking Inc., Livingston, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 29 to reduce a $400 abatement-verification citation to $0. The company was issued the citation Sept. 3 following a water- and sewer-line job in Beloit.
•    Elite Roofing and Home Improvements LLC, Burlington, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 30 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $400 and a $600 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $600 fall-protection citation and a $600 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations Sept. 9 during a roofing job at 5811 W. Holt Ave., Milwaukee.
