•    Freimuth Masonry Inc., Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 1 to reduce a $375 hazard-communication citation to $262.50 and a $525 scaffolding citation to $367.50. The company was issued the citations Aug. 21 during a masonry job at 1504 Stone Bluff, Greenville.
•    Liberty Heating and Electric LLC, Altoona, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 2 to reduce three specific-excavation-requirements citations, totaling $2,850, to $1,710. The company was issued the citations Aug. 18 during a plumbing, heating and air-conditioning job at 1206 Technology Drive, Chippewa Falls.
•    Justmann Construction LLC, Juneau, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 8 to reduce a $600 eye-and-face-protection citation to $420, a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $1,050 and a $750 fall-protection-training citation to $525. The company was issued the citations Aug. 18 during a roofing job at 106 Ridgeline Drive, Columbus.
•    Buckhorn Land Development Corp., Portage, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 15 to reduce a $4,000 safety-related-work-practices citation to $2,800. The company was issued the citation Sept. 10 during an electrical job at 101 Industrial Drive, Endeavor.
•    Elkhorn Roofing Co. Inc., Elkhorn, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 15 to reduce a $300 fall-protection citation to $210. The company was issued the citation Sept. 10 during a roofing job at 1124 Amos Road, Elkhorn.
•    Ray’s Sunrise Construction LLC, Hartford, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 16 to pay a $1,500 fall-protection citation and to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $0 and a $1,500 ladders citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,500 fall-protection citation, a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation and a $1,500 ladders citation. The company was issued the citations Sept. 4 during a roofing job at 33 High St., Hartford.
•    Affordable Environmental Technologies Inc., Mequon, paid a $300 electrical-wiring-methods citation Sept. 16. The company was issued the citation April 9 during a remediation job at 2520 W. Washington St., West Bend.
•    Mueller Construction Associates LLC, Watertown, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 23 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $300 and a $600 fall-protection-training citation to $300. The company was issued the citations Sept. 10 during a framing job in Fort Atkinson.
•    Nor Pro Roofing, Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 28 to reduce a $1,600 fall-protection citation to $560. The company was issued the citation Sept. 10 during a roofing job at 1601 Coronation Court, Green Bay.
•    AKM Contractors Inc., Richfield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 29 to reduce a $1,050 scaffolding citation to $500 and a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,050 scaffolding citation and a $1,050 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Sept. 4 during a roofing job in Slinger.
•    Kindler Construction Inc., Waterford, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 29 to reduce a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $735. The company was issued the citation Sept. 10 during a framing job at 8708 Calaway Court, Franklin.
•    Elite Roofing and Home Improvements LLC, Burlington, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 30 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $750 and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,500 fall-protection citation and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations Sept. 9 during a roofing job in Pewaukee.
•    Select Plastering Corp., Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 30 to reduce a $750 scaffolding citation to $450 and a $750 ladders citation to $450. The company was issued the citations Sept. 10 during a drywall and insulation job at 2250 Holmgren Way, Green Bay.
•    Dick’s Roof Repair Service Inc., Kenosha, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 1 to reduce a $1,600 fall-protection citation to $800 and an $800 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company was issued the citations May 7 during a roofing job at 7303 Pershing Blvd., Kenosha.
•    Integrity Grading & Excavating Inc., Schofield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 2 to reduce a $1,750 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $1,225. The company was issued the citation Sept. 9 during a water- and sewer-line job in Palmyra.
•    Strategic Equipment and Supply Corp., Dallas, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 2 to reduce a $1,875 powered-industrial-trucks citation to $1,313 and a $1,875 fall-protection citation to $1,312. The company was issued the citations Sept. 4 during a building equipment job at 1110 W. Broadway, Menomonie.
•    McClanathan Builders LLC, Campbellsport, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 7 to reduce a $4,000 fall-protection citation to $1,800. The company was issued the citation Sept. 9 during a framing job at 8005 Berch St., Schofield.
