•    Darrel’s Roofing, Green Bay, must pay a $600 fall-protection citation and a $1,050 ladders citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations July 15 during a roofing job at 2112 Cormorant Lane, Suamico.
•    FJ Lincoln LLC, Janesville, must pay two electrical-wiring-methods citations, totaling $1,350, because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations June 4 during a framing job at 7951 W. National Ave., West Allis.

•    Brockman’s Roofing & Siding Inc., Kaukauna, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 18 to reduce a $300 fall-protection citation to $210. The company was issued the citation Sept. 14 during a roofing job in Sherwood.
•    MDM Construction Inc., Schaumburg, Ill., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 23 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $1,050. The company was issued the citation Sept. 18 during a power- and communication-line job at 444 Reid St., De Pere.
•    Adept Contractors Inc., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 23 to reduce a $4,000 fall-protection citation to $1,400. The company was issued the citation Sept. 16 during a roofing job in Madison.
•    Haas Sons Inc., Thorp, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 25 to reduce a $675 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $473. The company was issued the citation Sept. 21 during an excavation job in Chippewa Falls.
•    Dell Construction Co. Inc., Eau Claire, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 28 to reduce a $625 fall-protection citation to $438. The company was issued the citation Sept. 14 during a nonresidential building job at 1110 Broadway, Menomonie.
•    Kevin’s Quality Roofing, Fitchburg, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 28 to reduce a $1,050 ladders citation to $420 and a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $600. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,500 fall-protection citation and a $750 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations Sept. 17 during a roofing job at 4622 Anniversary Lane, Madison.
•    Brennan Exteriors LLC, Mukwonago, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 28 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $420. The company was issued the citation Sept. 22 during a roofing job at 2045 N. 58th St., Milwaukee.
•    Appleton Acoustical Systems Inc., Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 29 to reduce a $600 scaffolding citation to $420. The company was issued the citation Sept. 18 during a drywall and insulation job in Appleton.
•    Stevens Construction Corp., Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 30 to dismiss a $1,625 fall-protection citation and to pay a $1,625 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Sept. 18 during a nonresidential building job at 2639 E. Springs Drive, Madison.
•    Tri-North Builders Inc., Fitchburg, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 30 to reduce a $1,625 fall-protection citation to $800. The company was issued the citation Feb. 6 during a nonresidential building job at 1001 Nygaard St., Stoughton.
•    Performance Roofing Systems Inc., Richfield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 30 to reduce a $2,500 fall-protection citation to $0. The company was issued the citation Sept. 22 during a roofing job at 1158 E. Kane Place, Milwaukee.
