•    Air Temperature Services Inc., Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 4 to reduce a $750 scaffolding citation to $525. The company was issued the citation Oct. 21 during a plumbing, heating and air-conditioning job at 8561 S. Howell Ave., Oak Creek.
•    Quest Building Corp., Waunakee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 9 to reduce a $1,600 fall-protection citation to $800. The company was issued the citation Oct. 28 during a finishing job at 2401 Green Ridge Drive, Madison.
•    H&C Roofing LLC, Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 9 to reduce a $2,000 electrical-safety-related-work-practices citation to $1,200, an $800 fall-protection citation to $480 and two ladders citations, totaling $800, to $480. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss an $800 ladders citation. The company was issued the citations Nov. 2 during a roofing job at 1709 Parkside Drive, Madison.
•    John Beres Builders Inc., New Berlin, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 10 to reduce a $2,500 self-propelled-elevating-work-platform citation to $900 and to dismiss a $2,500 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Oct. 29 during a framing job at 8561 S. Howell Ave., Oak Creek.
•    Rodriguez Quality Roofing, Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 10 to reduce an $800 head-protection citation to $480, a $1,400 fall-protection citation to $840 and an $800 ladders citation to $480. The company was issued the citations Oct. 29 during a roofing job in Madison.
•    Holtger Brothers Inc., De Pere, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 12 to reduce a $2,000 aerial-lifts citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citation Oct. 26 during a specialty-trade job in Kenosha.
•    Engler Electric Inc., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 12 to reduce a $225 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $157.50. The company was issued the citation Nov. 4 during an electrical job at 8561 S. Howell Ave., Oak Creek.
•    Wisconsin Utility Exposures Inc., Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 12 to reduce a $750 safety-training-and-education citation to $525. The company was issued the citation Oct. 29 during a site preparation job in Kenosha.
•    Amp Electric Inc., Beloit, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 16 to reduce two asbestos citations, totaling $8,000, to $4,800. The company was issued the citations Nov. 10 during an electrical job at 690 Third St., Beloit.
•    Great Lakes Roofing Co. Inc., Menasha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 16 to reduce a $6,000 fall-protection citation to $2,000. The company was issued the citation Oct. 26 during a roofing job at 3730 W. College Ave., Appleton.
•    Badger Acoustics Inc., McFarland, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 17 to reduce a $1,500 hazard communication citation to $1,125, a $1,500 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $1,125 and a $1,500 asbestos citation to $1,125. The company was issued the citations Nov. 5 during a specialty-trade job at 690 Third St., Beloit.
•    Architectural Metals LLC, Verona, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 17 to reduce a $750 aerial-lifts citation to $450 and a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $900. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $750 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Oct. 23 during a finishing job at 501 W. Rawson Ave., Oak Creek.
•    Northwest Roofing Co., Chetek, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 18 to reduce a $600 head-protection citation to $360, a $1,500 cranes-and-derricks citation to $600 and two fall-protection citations, totaling $3,000, to $1,800. The company was issued the citations Nov. 10 during a roofing job in Eau Claire.
•    Tri-Cor Mechanical LLC, Janesville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 20 to reduce two asbestos citations, totaling $3,000, to $1,800. The company was issued the citations Nov. 6 during a plumbing, heating and air-conditioning job at 690 Third St., Beloit.
•    Haas Sons Inc., Thorp, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 25 to pay a $675 specific-excavation-requirements citation. The company was issued the citation Nov. 6 during an excavation job in Chippewa Falls.
•    Ginsberg Construction LLC, Mount Horeb, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 30 to reduce a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $420 and a $600 ladders citation to $240. The company was issued the citations Nov. 4 during a roofing job at 4122 Tomscot Trail, Madison.
