•    MSLT Roofing LLC, Oshkosh, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 12 to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $450 and a $750 ladders citation to $450. The company was issued the citations Nov. 2 during a roofing job in Cambridge.
•    Kulp’s of Stratford LLC, Stratford, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 16 to reduce a $525 fall-protection citation to $368. The company was issued the citation Nov. 5 during a roofing job at 507 E. First Ave., Boyd.
•    Mad City Roofing, Siding & Windows Inc., Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 17 to reduce a $5,600 fall-protection citation to $2,240. The company was issued the citation Nov. 2 during a roofing job at 808 Broadway St., Baraboo.
•    Maurer Roofing Inc., Marshfield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 19 to reduce a $2,500 fall-protection citation to $1,250. The company was issued the citation Nov. 6 during a roofing job at 202 Dolf St., Colby.
•    Con-Cor Co. Inc., Menomonee Falls, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 23 to reduce a $2,000 safety-training-and-education citation to $1,000 and to dismiss a $2,000 demolition-preparatory-operations citation. The company was issued the citations Aug. 7 during a concrete job in Milwaukee.
•    Illingworth-Kilgust Mechanical Inc., Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 1 to reduce a $1,100 hand-and-power-tools citation to $770 and an $825 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $577.50. The company was issued the citations Nov. 6 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job in Madison.
•    Raul Hernandez, Milwaukee, paid a $450 eye-and-face-protection citation, a $1,050 fall-protection citation and a $1,050 fall-protection-training citation Dec. 1. The company was issued the citations Sept. 23 during a roofing job at 3230 Clove Road, Madison.
•    Chris Cooper Contracting LLC, Custer, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 2 to reduce a $600 scaffolding citation to $0. The company was issued the citation Oct. 26 during a single-family housing job in Stevens Point.
•    Mike Green Builders LLC, Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 2 to reduce a $1,050 ladders citation to $735. The company was issued the citation Nov. 6 during a single-family housing job in Menasha.
•    Heartland Construction Inc., Slinger, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 2 to reduce a $3,000 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $1,500 and a $1,200 stairways-and-ladders-training citation to $600. The company was issued the citations Nov. 13 during a water- and sewer-line job in Shorewood.
•    Trim Specialists Inc., Watertown, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 3 to reduce two scaffolding citations, totaling $1,350, to $700. The company was issued the citations Nov. 10 during a framing job at 120 N. Milwaukee St., Milwaukee.
•    SPS Infrastructure Inc., St. Paul, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 4 to reduce a $900 fall-protection citation to $450. The company was issued the citation Nov. 10 during a concrete job at 333 W. Kilbourn Ave., Milwaukee.
