•    FJ Lincoln LLC, Janesville, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 2 to reduce a $3,000 fall-protection citation to $1,500 and a $3,000 ladders citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citations April 13 during a framing job at 7901 W. National Ave., West Allis.
•    Northland Electrical Services LLC, New London, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 24 to reduce a $2,500 moving-vehicle citation to $1,750. The company was issued the citation Nov. 17 during an electrical job at 624 S. Church St., Watertown.
•    Mastercraft Exteriors, Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 25 to reduce a $1,750 fall-protection citation to $1,500, a $1,000 ladders citation to $750, a $1,000 head-protection citation to $750 and a $1,750 eye-and-face-protection citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,000 head-protection citation and a $1,750 eye-and-face-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Nov. 9 during a roofing job at 4113 Melody Lane, Madison.
•    Maas Brothers Construction Co. Inc., Watertown, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 2 to pay a $700 fall-protection citation and to dismiss a $700 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations Nov. 17 during an industrial building and warehouse job at 400 Bernard St., Oconomowoc.
•    Rowe Builders Inc., Stevens Point, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 2 to reduce a $450 rough-terrain-forklift citation to $0. The company was issued the citation Nov. 19 during a single-family housing job in Stevens Point.
•    Ralph Gulig Construction Inc., Fond du Lac, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 10 to reduce a $750 scaffolding citation to $375 and a $525 fall-protection citation to $400. The company was issued the citations Nov. 25 during a single-family housing job in Fond du Lac.
•    Breezy Hill Nursery Inc., Salem, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 11 to reduce a $1,750 aerial-lifts citation to $875. The company was issued the citation Nov. 20 during a specialty trade job at 6430 Green Bay Road, Kenosha.
•    Dun-Rite Exteriors, Weston, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 14 to reduce a $2,000 eye-and-face-protection citation to $1,400, a $750 fall-protection citation to $525 and a $2,000 ladders citation to $1,400. The company was issued the citations Dec. 3 during a roofing job in Weston.
•    Glaus Brothers Contracting Inc., Durand, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 15 to reduce a $1,050 eye-and-face-protection citation to $630, a $750 electrical-wiring-design-and-protection citation to $450, a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $630 and a $600 ladders citation to $360. The company was issued the citations Nov. 19 during a single-family housing job in Eau Claire.
•    Joe Kaulfuerst Construction Inc., Menomonee Falls, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 15 to reduce a $750 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $0 and two fall-protection citations, totaling $1,500, to $600. The company was issued the citations Nov. 19 during a nonresidential building job at 5455 S. 27th St., Greenfield.
•    Faber Construction Inc., Oshkosh, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 15 to reduce a $1,500 scaffolding citation to $750 and a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $800. The company was issued the citations Dec. 2 during a roofing job at 1495 Cattail Lane, Fond du Lac.
•    Dave’s Contracting LLC, Racine, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 20 to reduce a $750 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $525, a $600 fall-protection citation to $420 and a $450 ladders citation to $315. The company was issued the citations Dec. 18 during a residential remodeling job at 2009 St. Clair St., Racine.
•    L.H. Krueger & Son Inc., Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 21 to reduce a $1,000 aerial-lifts citation to $700. The company was issued the citation Dec. 15 during a roofing job in Burlington.
•    Red Cedar Siding and Roofing, Menomonie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 23 to reduce a $300 eye-and-face-protection citation to $210 and a $300 fall-protection citation to $210. The company was issued the citations Nov. 25 during a roofing job at 1020 Ninth St., Menomonie.
•    IEI General Contractors Inc., De Pere, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 24 to reduce a $3,000 fall-protection citation to $1,500 and a $3,000 self-propelled-elevating-work-platform citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citations Dec. 2 during a nonresidential building job at 5120 Calumet Ave., Manitowoc.
•    Langer Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 29 to reduce a $3,000 fall-protection citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citation Dec. 15 during a roofing job at 7182 S. 76th St., Franklin.
