•    New Corp Construction Inc., Lodi, must pay a $2,800 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation July 7 during a roofing job in Appleton.
•    Andy’s Sheet Metal LLC, Green Bay, must pay a $1,050 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Sept. 14 during a roofing job at 3403 Webster Ave., Green Bay.
•    Barry Loy, Marathon, must pay a $450 electrical-wiring-methods citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Oct. 15 during a roofing job at 601 W. Thomas St., Wausau.
•    Morales Roofing, Madison, must pay a $1,050 eye-and-face-protection citation, a $1,500 fall-protection citation, a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation and a $1,000 ladders citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Oct. 6 during a roofing job at 808 Broadway St., Baraboo.
•    MT Roofing & Siding, Wonewoc, must pay a $1,500 fall-protection citation and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Nov. 10 during a roofing job at 5258 Summer Ridge Drive, Madison.
•    Mr. W’s Inc., Beaver Dam, must pay a $525 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citation Aug. 24 during a nonresidential building job at 325 Seippel Blvd., Beaver Dam.
•    Jaeckels Construction Inc., Neenah, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 2 to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $525. The company was issued the citation Nov. 17 during a framing job in Appleton.
•    Staff One Inc., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 2 to reduce two electrical-wiring-design-and-protection citations, totaling $1,750, to $0. The company was issued the citations Nov. 24 during a framing job at 1500 S. First St., Milwaukee.
•    Franklin Mechanical Corp., Franklin, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 10 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $750 and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,500 fall-protection citation and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations Nov. 17 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 1600 W. Green Tree Road, Glendale.
•    Pat’s Roofing & Gutters LLC, Pleasant Prairie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 11 to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $525 and a $600 fall-protection-training citation to $420. The company was issued the citations Dec. 9 during a roofing job at 3514 60th St., Kenosha.
•    Mark Nelson Roofing, Stoughton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 14 to reduce a $1,050 eye-and-face-protection citation to $728, a $600 fall-protection citation to $416 and a $600 ladders citation to $416. The company was issued the citations Nov. 5 during a roofing job at 1804 Brooklyn Drive, Stoughton.
•    Jeff Priem Services LLC, Cedarburg, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 15 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $150. The company was issued the citation Nov. 25 during a specialty trade job at 7211 S. Karrington Drive, Franklin.
•    Ready Roofing LLC, Johnson Creek, paid a $225 eye-and-face-protection citation and a $300 fall-protection citation Dec. 16. The company was issued the citations Sept. 15 during a single-family housing job in Whitewater.
•    Grain Storage Systems LLC, Knapp, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 17 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $900. The company was issued the citation Nov. 23 during a specialty trade job in Menomonie.
•    Tad B Inc., Butler, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 21 to reduce a $750 aerial-lifts citation to $400 and a $750 fall-protection citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $750 aerial-lifts citation and a $750 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Dec. 3 during a specialty trade job in Brookfield.
•    Guzman Case Corp., Stevens Point, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 21 to pay a $750 rough-terrain-forklift citation and to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $0. The company was issued the citations Dec. 2 during a roofing job at 3001 River Drive, Plover.
•    Highland Construction Inc., Hartford, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 22 to reduce an $800 eye-and-face-protection citation to $200 and two rough-terrain-forklift citations, totaling $2,000, to $1,000. The company was issued the citations Nov. 30 during a framing job in Brookfield.
