•    Wenzel Siding & Roofing, Wilmot, must pay a $750 fall-protection citation and a $750 fall-protection-training citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Oct. 26 during a siding job at 1444 39th Ave., Kenosha.
•    Inosente Construction, Maplewood, Minn., must pay a $600 eye-and-face-protection citation, a $600 fall-protection citation and a $600 ladders citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Oct. 28 during a roofing job in Eau Claire.
•    Paulino Munoz, Milwaukee, must pay a $450 eye-and-face-protection citation and a $450 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Sept. 22 during a roofing job at 1346 N. 31st St., Milwaukee.
•    PB Remodeling, Chicago, must pay a $1,500 fall-protection citation, a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation and two scaffolding citations, totaling $3,000, because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Oct. 19 during a framing job at 20150 W. Bluemound Road, Brookfield.
•    GTAM LLC, Wisconsin Dells, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 7 to reduce a $1,800 fall-protection citation to $1,260, a $1,800 fall-protection-training citation to $0, a $2,250 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $1,575, a $2,250 electrical-safety-related-work-practices citation to $1,575, a $1,350 respiratory-protection citation to $945, a $1,800 lead citation to $1,260 and a $2,250 asbestos citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,800 fall-protection citation and a $1,800 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations Nov. 20 during a specialty trade job at 2602 River Road, Wisconsin Dells.
•    SGO Roofing and Construction LLC, Lakeville, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 10 to reduce a $2,000 ladders citation to $1,200, a $600 stairways-and-ladders citation to $300 and two fall-protection citations, totaling $3,000, to $1,500. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss an $800 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Nov. 17 during a roofing job at 650 E. Richmond Way, New Richmond.
•    Hanson Masonry & Concrete LLC, Owen, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 10 to reduce a $1,125 scaffolding citation to $562. The company was issued the citation Nov. 17 during a masonry job at 650 E. Richmond Way, New Richmond.
•    Powers Lake Construction Co. Inc., Twin Lakes, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 14 to reduce a $1,575 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $1,000. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss three requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citations, totaling $3,150. The company was issued the citations Nov. 20 during an excavation job in Kenosha.
•    AB Electric of Southern Wisconsin Inc., Cambridge, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 14 to reduce a $1,200 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $0 and a $1,200 ladders citation to $600. The company was issued the citations Nov. 19 during an electrical job at 5455 S. 27th St., Greenfield.
•    Better Homes, Heating and Air Conditioning, Neenah, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 15 to reduce eight asbestos citations, totaling $8,400, to $4,050. The company was issued the citations Nov. 23 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 840 John St., Oshkosh.
•    Schuh Plumbing Contractors LLC, Janesville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 17 to reduce a $1,500 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $1,050. The company was issued the citation Nov. 4 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 690 Third St., Beloit.
•    Altitude Roofing LLC, Oshkosh, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 21 to reduce a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $1,000 and six asbestos citations, totaling $6,300, to $1,800. The company was issued the citations Dec. 1 during a roofing job at 620 Manitowoc Road, Reedsville.
•    Spiegel Construction, Neillsville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 23 to reduce a $1,500 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $750 and a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $750. The company was issued the citations Dec. 15 during a roofing job in Eau Claire.
•    Mechanical Masters Inc., Kansasville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 23 to reduce a $450 head-protection citation to $250; a $1,500 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $0; two specific-excavation-requirements citations, totaling $1,950, to $1,500; and two ladders citations, totaling $2,100, to $450. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,500 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation; a $450 head-protection citation; two ladders citations, totaling $2,100; and two specific-excavation-requirements citations, totaling $1,950. The company was issued the citations Dec. 2 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job in Kenosha.
•    Navan Construction LLC, Watertown, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 23 to reduce a $2,000 fall-protection citation to $1,000, an $800 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $0 and two electrical-wiring-methods citations, totaling $1,600, to $400. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss two electrical-wiring-methods citations, totaling $1,600. The company was issued the citations Nov. 19 during a framing job at 5455 S. 27th St., Greenfield.
•    Kevin Nelson Plaster and Drywall, Pequot Lakes, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 29 to reduce four scaffolding citations, totaling $4,500, to $2,100. The company was issued the citations Nov. 24 during a drywall and insulation job in Omro.
