The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,800 fall-protection citation and a $1,800 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations Nov. 20 during a specialty trade job at 2602 River Road, Wisconsin Dells.
•    SGO Roofing and Construction LLC, Lakeville, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 10 to reduce a $2,000 ladders citation to $1,200, a $600 stairways-and-ladders citation to $300 and two fall-protection citations, totaling $3,000, to $1,500. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss an $800 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Nov. 17 during a roofing job at 650 E. Richmond Way, New Richmond.
•    Hanson Masonry & Concrete LLC, Owen, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 10 to reduce a $1,125 scaffolding citation to $562. The company was issued the citation Nov. 17 during a masonry job at 650 E. Richmond Way, New Richmond.
•    Powers Lake Construction Co. Inc., Twin Lakes, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 14 to reduce a $1,575 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $1,000. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss three requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citations, totaling $3,150. The company was issued the citations Nov. 20 during an excavation job in Kenosha.
•    AB Electric of Southern Wisconsin Inc., Cambridge, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 14 to reduce a $1,200 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $0 and a $1,200 ladders citation to $600. The company was issued the citations Nov. 19 during an electrical job at 5455 S. 27th St., Greenfield.
•    Better Homes, Heating and Air Conditioning, Neenah, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 15 to reduce eight asbestos citations, totaling $8,400, to $4,050. The company was issued the citations Nov. 23 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 840 John St., Oshkosh.
•    Schuh Plumbing Contractors LLC, Janesville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 17 to reduce a $1,500 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $1,050. The company was issued the citation Nov. 4 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 690 Third St., Beloit.
•    Altitude Roofing LLC, Oshkosh, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 21 to reduce a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $1,000 and six asbestos citations, totaling $6,300, to $1,800. The company was issued the citations Dec. 1 during a roofing job at 620 Manitowoc Road, Reedsville.
