• American Roofing & Home Improvement LLC, Big Bend, paid a $525 fall-protection citation and a $300 abatement-verification citation Dec. 18. The company was issued the citations Sept. 22 and Nov. 20 during a roofing job at 411 W. Verona Road, Verona.
• Architectural Wall Systems LLC, Jackson, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 4 to reduce a $2,000 aerial-lifts citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citations Dec. 9 during a drywall and insulation job at 17550 W. Bluemound Road, Brookfield.
• Bayland Buildings Inc., Oneida, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 5 to reduce a $3,000 woodworking-tools citation to $1,600. The company was issued the citation Dec. 10 during a nonresidential building job at 1109 S. Oneida St., Menasha.
• Country Development, Fort Atkinson, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 5 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $750 and seven scaffolding citations, totaling $8,850, to $4,725. The company was issued the citations Dec. 18 during a single-family housing job in Franklin. The company also reached an informal settlement Jan. 5 to reduce a $1,500 scaffolding citation to $750, a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $750 and a $600 fall-protection-training citation to $300. The company was issued the citations Dec. 18 during a masonry job in Franklin.
• Lakeland Construction Inc., Manitowoc, paid a $1,125 ladders citation Jan. 5. The company was issued the citation Sept. 22 during a framing job at 3217 Fiddler Creek Drive, Waukesha.
• The Roofing Company of Burlington Inc., Burlington, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 6 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $750 and a $300 ladders citation to $150. The company was issued the citations Dec. 15 during a roofing job at 232 Perkins Blvd., Burlington.
• Middleton Construction Inc., Arlington, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 13 to reduce a $3,000 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citation Dec. 17 during a concrete job at N4335 Temkin Road, Columbus.
• Solais Siding, Sturtevant, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 14 to reduce a $600 head-protection citation to $200 and a $1,500 scaffolding citation to $750. The company was issued the citations Aug. 5 during a siding job at 2255 Stonehedge Trail, Oconomowoc.
• Schroeder Brothers Home Improvements, Sheboygan, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 14 to reduce a $750 eye-and-face-protection citation to $500, a $600 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $0 and a $1,500 ladders citation to $950. The company was issued the citations Jan. 6 during a siding job at 315 Mill St., Sheboygan.
• Examish Specialties Inc., Columbia, Mo., paid a $600 criteria-for-personal-protective-equipment citation and a $1,050 fall-protection citation Jan. 18. The company was issued the citations Nov. 10 during an industrial building and warehouse job in Minocqua.
• Trim Specialists Inc., Watertown, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 19 to reduce a $1,575 fall-protection citation to $945. The company was issued the citation Jan. 8 during a framing job at 3806 Blossom Drive, Racine.
• Four Seasons Roofing & Remodeling LLC, Menasha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 20 to reduce a $450 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $285, a $750 fall-protection to $525 and two electrical-installation-safety-requirements citations, totaling $1,500, to $990. The company was issued the citations Jan. 6 during a roofing job in Eagle River.
• Paschke Drilling and Blasting Inc., Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 20 to reduce a $1,500 blasting-and-use-of-explosives citation to $1,050. The company was issued the citation Jan. 11 during a site preparation job in Green Bay.
• NEI, Northern Electricians Inc., St. Croix Falls, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 21 to pay a $600 electrical-wiring-methods citation and to dismiss a $600 design-safety-standards-for-electrical-systems citation. The company was issued the citations Dec. 28 during an electrical job at 535 State St., St. Croix Falls.
• Marden Construction Inc., Janesville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 21 to reduce a $1,050 scaffolding citation to $525 and a $1,050 scaffolding-training citation to $525. The company was issued the citations Jan. 8 during a siding job in Fort Atkinson.
• Intercon Construction Inc., Madison, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 22 to pay a $2,625 hand-and-power-tools citation. The company was issued the citation Oct. 1 during an oil and gas pipeline job in Edgerton.
• DL Painting Plus LLC, Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 22 to reduce two respiratory-protection citations, totaling $750, to $525. The company was issued the citations Jan. 5 during a painting and wall-covering job at 1001 Stewart St., Madison.
• Restoration Specialists Inc., Franklin, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 26 to reduce a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $500 and a $1,050 fall-protection-training citation to $500. The company was issued the citations Nov. 19 during a roofing job at 500 W. Main St., Watertown.
• Horner Plumbing Co. Inc., Pewaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 26 to reduce a $500 annual-OSHA-injury-and-illness-survey-of-10-or-more-employers citation to $0. The company was issued the citation Jan. 7.
• Pure Air, Greenwood, Miss., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 26 to reduce a $3,500 ladders citation to $1,750. The company was issued the citation Jan. 6 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 377 N. Rolling Meadows Drive, Fond du Lac.
• LaLonde Contractors Inc., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 27 to dismiss a $900 criteria-for-personal-protective-equipment citation. The company was issued the citation Jan. 13 during a concrete job in Milwaukee.
• Mastec North America Inc., Hugo, Minn., reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 29 to reduce two specific-excavation-requirements citations, totaling $75,000, to $14,000 and to increase a requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation from $0 to $7,000. The company was issued the citations July 10 during a power- and communication-line job at 3517W. Beltline Highway, Madison.
• Town & Country Underground Utility Construction Inc., Mayville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 29 to reduce a $1,000 ladders citation to $0 and a $42,000 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $14,000. The company was issued the citations Jan. 6 during an excavation job in Germantown.
• Alejandro Martinez, Beloit, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 12 to reduce a $1,500 scaffolding-training citation to $400 and two scaffolding citations, totaling $3,000, to $800. The company was issued the citations Aug. 24 during a siding job at 1025 E. Lake Ave., Monticello.
