•    Burdick Siding and Roofing, Portage, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on April 24 to reduce a $4,000 fall-protection citation to $1,500 and a $4,000 fall-protection-training citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citations Aug. 7, 2008, during a roofing job at 120 E. Conant St., Portage.
•    Weather Protector Inc., Platteville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 12 to reduce a $600 eye-and-face-protection citation to $100, a $2,000 ladders citation to $700 and a $4,000 fall-protection citation to $700. The company was issued the citations Jan. 25 during a roofing job at 1345 N. Water St., Platteville.
•    Hillside Damproofing Inc., Franksville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 16 to reduce a $600 ladders citation to $420. The company was issued the citation Feb. 9 during a finishing job at 15450 W. National Ave., New Berlin.
•    Bukacek Construction LLC, Racine, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 16 to reduce a $2,500 fall-protection citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citation Feb. 9 during a nonresidential building job at 15450 W. National Ave., New Berlin.
•    Peter Schwabe Inc., Big Bend, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 16 to reduce a $750 fire-protection citation to $525. The company was issued the citation Feb. 9 during a nonresidential building job at 10212 N. Greenwood Lane, Hayward.
•    Royal Homes LLC, Shiocton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 22 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $420. The company was issued the citation Feb. 8 during a framing job at 5541 Midsummer Drive, Appleton.
•    JD McCormick Co. LLC, Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 22 to reduce a $1,500 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $1,050, a $750 fire-protection citation to $525, a $750 fall-protection citation to $525 and a $750 stairways citation to $525. The company was issued the citations Feb. 11 during a nonresidential building job at 402 Genesse St., Delafield.
•    Miron Construction Co. Inc., Neenah, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 22 to reduce a $2,975 ladders citation to $1,100. The company was issued the citation Feb. 8 during an industrial building and warehouse job at 117 S. Locust Ave., Appleton.
•    Magill Construction Co. Inc., Elkhorn, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 24 to pay a $625 aerial-lifts citation. The company was issued the citation Feb. 9 during an industrial building job at 1919 E. Grange Ave., Milwaukee.
•    Interstate Roofing & Waterproofing Inc., Onalaska, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 25 to reduce a $900 scaffolding citation to $720 and a $900 fall-protection citation to $540. The company was issued the citations Feb. 9 during a roofing job at 10212 N. Greenwood Lane, Hayward.
•    Firkus Masonry Inc., Stevens Point, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 1 to reduce a $1,000 liquefied-petroleum-gas citation to $700 and a $1,000 scaffolding citation to $700. The company was issued the citations Feb. 12 during a masonry job in Stevens Point.
•    Adair Sewer and Water Inc., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 3 to reduce a $28,000 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $20,000 and two specific-excavation-requirements citations, totaling $3,600, to $0. The company was issued the citations Feb. 9 during an excavation job at 1436 E. North Ave., Milwaukee.
•    Dairyland Electric Co. Inc., Butler, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 4 to reduce a $300 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $200. The company was issued the citation Feb. 11 during an electrical job at 2150 S. Grant St., Milwaukee.
•    C.R.I. Contractors, Bristol, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 4 to reduce a $375 fall-protection citation to $262.50. The company was issued the citation Feb. 12 during a nonresidential building job at 709 E. Capitol Drive, Milwaukee.
