•    Wisconsin Steel Industries Inc., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 2 to reduce a $2,000 fall-protection citation to $750 and to dismiss a $2,000 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations Feb. 16 during a roofing job at 1225 S. 41st St., Milwaukee.
•    Diaz Roofing, Edgerton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 2 to reduce a $4,000 head-protection citation to $1,600, a $7,000 eye-and-face-protection citation to $2,800 and a $14,000 fall-protection citation to $5,600. The company was issued the citations Feb. 18 during a roofing job at 1634 Kings Mill Way, Madison.
•    Miller Masonry & Concrete Co., Little Chute, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 2 to reduce a $3,000 eye-and-face-protection citation to $750. The company was issued the citation Feb. 17 during a masonry job at 4150 Main St., Green Bay.
•    Berghammer Builders Inc., Clayton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 2 to reduce a $750 scaffolding citation to $525 and a $750 fall-protection citation to $525. The company was issued the citations Feb. 16 during an industrial building and warehouse job in Rice Lake.
•    Trico Excavating Inc., Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 3 to pay a $2,000 materials-handling-slings citation. The company was issued the citation Feb. 19 during an excavation job at W8569 Wisconsin Ave., Medina.
•    Market & Johnson Inc., Eau Claire, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 4 to reduce a $1,125 fall-protection citation to $562.50. The company was issued the citation Feb. 16 during a nonresidential building job at 1700 W. Stout St., Rice Lake.
•    American Roofing & Home Improvement LLC, Big Bend, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 9 to reduce a $2,000 fall-protection-training citation to $1,000, a $2,000 ladders citation to $1,000 and a $4,000 fall-protection citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citations Feb. 19 during a roofing job at 6140 Conservancy Drive, New Berlin.
•    Davco Development Corp., Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 9 to reduce a $2,000 aerial-lifts citation to $1,000 and to dismiss a $2,000 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations Feb. 18 during a nonresidential building job at 709 E. Capitol Drive, Milwaukee.
•    Craig Construction, Bangor, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 18 to reduce a $1,400 head-protection citation to $500, a $1,000 fall-protection citation to $500 and two scaffolding citations, totaling $2,000, to $1,000. The company was issued the citations Feb. 17 during a residential remodeling job at 400 14th St., La Crosse.
