•    RLT Inc., North Prairie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 26 to reduce a $375 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $262.50 and two electrical-wiring-methods citations, totaling $750, to $525. The company was issued the citations Feb. 25 during an electrical job at 1857 E. Kenilworth Place, Milwaukee.
•    Central State Electric Corp., Stevens Point, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 2 to reduce a $300 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $210. The company was issued the citation Feb. 26 during an electrical job at 1821 N. Fourth Ave., Wausau.
•    Forward Electric Inc., Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 3 to reduce a $750 electrical-safety-related-work-practices citation to $100. The company was issued the citation Feb. 22 during an electrical job at 8010 Excelsior Drive, Madison.
•    P2 Development Co. LLC, Saukville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 3 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $1,050 and a $750 fall-protection-training citation to $525. The company was issued the citations Feb. 22 during a multifamily housing job at 501 N. 20th St., Milwaukee.
•    Sy Construction, Cazenovia, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 4 to reduce a $450 eye-and-face-protection citation to $200, a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $900 and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $900. The company was issued the citations Feb. 22 during a roofing job at 2832 Pleasant View Road, Middleton.
•    Engineered Construction Inc., Verona, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 4 to reduce $450 electrical-safety-related-work-practices citation to $315. The company was issued the citation Feb. 22 during a nonresidential building job at 8010 Excelsior Drive, Madison.
•    Ripon Area Builders Inc., Ripon, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 9 to reduce a $1,500 rough-terrain-forklift citation to $750, a $1,500 powered-industrial-trucks citation to $750, a $750 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $375 and two hand-and-power-tools citations, totaling $2,250, to $1,125. The company was issued the citations Feb. 22 during a siding job at 120 Scott St., Ripon.
•    Capital Mechanical, Sun Prairie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 12 to pay a $750 electrical-wiring-design-and-protection citation. The company was issued the citation Feb. 22 during a building equipment job at 8010 Excelsior Drive, Madison.
•    IEI General Contractors Inc., De Pere, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 12 to reduce a $1,500 fire-protection citation to $0 and a $3,000 powered-industrial-trucks citation to $2,000. The company was issued the citations Feb. 17 during a nonresidential building job at 2223 Lime Kiln Road, Green Bay.
•    SPE Inc., Little Chute, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 15 to reduce a $750 working-over-or-near-water citation to $450 and to dismiss a $750 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Feb. 22 during a structural steel erection job in Sturgeon Bay.
•    A&B Drywall, DeForest, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 16 to pay a $450 electrical-safety-related-work-practices citation. The company was issued the citation Feb. 22 during a drywall and insulation job at 8010 Excelsior Drive, Madison.
•    Corporate Construction Ltd., Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 17 to reduce a $500 recordkeeping-forms citation to $0. The company was issued the citation Feb. 25 during a nonresidential building job at W159 S6530 Moorland Road, Muskego.
•    North Country Installation Inc., Coon Rapids, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 19 to reduce a $450 gas-welding-and-cutting citation to $315. The company was issued the citation Feb. 22 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 106 First Ave. W., Menomonie.
•    Renaissance Roofing Inc., Rockford, Ill., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 22 to reduce a $3,000 fall-protection citation to $1,400. The company was issued the citation Feb. 24 during a roofing job at 1010 S. Eighth St., Manitowoc.
•    Cubic Wall Systems Inc., McFarland, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on April 12 to reduce a $1,500 scaffolding citation to $750. The company was issued the citation Nov. 4 during a masonry job at 1501 Monroe St., Madison.
