•    Northwest Roofing Inc., Chetek, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 9 to reduce a $625 fall-protection citation to $438. The company was issued the citation March 2 during a roofing job at 1501 Thompson St., Bloomer.
•    IIW Engineers & Surveyors PC, Dubuque, Iowa, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 16 to reduce a $1,225 working-over-or-near-water citation to $735 and a $1,225 fall-protection citation to $735. The company was issued the citations March 3 during a specialty trade job in Millville.
•    Helwig Roofing LLC, Belleville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 18 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $1,000, a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $1,000 and a $1,050 ladders citation to $500. The company was issued the citations March 3 during a roofing job at 8919 Silkwood Drive, Madison.
•    Solid-Employees LLC, St. Paul, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 22 to pay a $525 head-protection citation, a $525 electrical-safety-related-work-practices citation and an $875 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations March 5 during a framing job at 11040 W. State Highway 77, Hayward.
•    Concrete Structures Inc., Janesville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 24 to reduce a $525 working-over-or-near-water citation to $0 and a $525 fall-protection citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $525 fall-protection and to increase a fall-protection citation from $0 to $630. The company was issued the citations March 3 during a concrete job in Millville.
•    DL Painting Plus LLC, Madison, paid a $400 abatement-verification citation March 25. The company was issued the citation March 5 following a painting and paper hanging job at 1001 Stewart St., Madison.
•    Miller Architects and Builders, St. Cloud, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 25 to reduce a $600 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $420. The company was issued the citation March 2 during a residential building job at 1821 N. Fourth St., Wausau.
•    Ready Roofing LLC, Johnson Creek, paid a $150 abatement-verification citation April 5. The company was issued the citation Feb. 19 following a single-family housing job in Whitewater.
