Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk announced Monday she is urging businesses to take advantage of three bond programs to help develop and expand their operations and create new jobs in the county.

Through different federal and state funding sources, tens of millions of dollars in low-interest financing is available to Dane County businesses. No county tax dollars are part of these bond programs.

Detailed information about the Recovery Zone Facility Bonds, Midwestern Disaster Area Bonds, and Industrial Revenue Bonds available in Dane County is included in a new packet of information the county has created to share with local economic development and business leaders.

“Dane County wants businesses to know these economic development tools are available and we hope they will take advantage of them,” Falk said in a press release.
