OSHA reports
• Herrera Roofing LLC, Milwaukee, must pay a $375 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Feb. 26 during a roofing job at 4230 W. Oklahoma Ave., Milwaukee.
• Kintgen & Son Construction Inc., Two Rivers, must pay a $1,500 aerial-lifts citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Feb. 24 during a siding job in Mishicot.
• C.P.R. Inc., Elkhorn, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 4 to reduce a $750 hazard-communication citation to $450, a $750 occupational-noise-exposure citation to $450, a gases-vapors-fumes-dusts-and-mists citation to $450 and two respiratory-protection citations, totaling $1,500, to $900. The company was issued the citations Feb. 22 during a concrete job in Barneveld.
• Vosberg Construction LLC, Columbus, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 29 to reduce an $800 eye-and-face-protection citation to $400 and a $4,000 fall-protection citation to $1,800. The company was issued the citations March 24 during a single-family housing job at 825 Cheshire Castle Way, Verona.
• Creative Designs Inc., Marshall, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 1 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $1,000; a $1,050 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $0; two fall-protection citations, totaling $2,550, to $1,600; and two ladders citations, totaling $2,100, to $1,000. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss two ladders citations, totaling $2,100. The company was issued the citations March 25 during a multifamily housing job in Windsor.
• RLD Construction, Pardeeville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 7 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $1,050. The company was issued the citation March 25 during a multifamily housing job at 3818 Dawn Road, Madison.
• RBI Construction Inc., Sparta, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 9 to reduce a $1,050 eye-and-face-protection citation to $600, a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $600 and two scaffolding citations, totaling $3,000, to $1,600. The company was issued the citations March 24 during a multifamily housing job in Sparta.
• Exterior Renovations LLC, Middleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 13 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $750 and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $750. The company was issued the citations March 25 during a roofing job at 5303 Tonyawatha Trail, Monona.
