• Feutz Brothers Construction LLC, Rubicon, must pay a $750 fall-protection citation and a $750 fall-protection-training citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations March 9 during a roofing job at 2264 27th St., Milwaukee.

• SRS Roofing and Sheet Metal Inc., Waterford, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on March 1 to reduce a $3,000 fall-protection citation to $0 and to dismiss a $3,000 aerial-lifts citation. The company was issued the citations Aug. 14 during a roofing job at 589 Milwaukee Ave., Burlington.

• SRS Roofing and Sheet Metal Inc., Waterford, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on March 8 to pay an $875 fall-protection citation and an $875 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations Dec. 10, 2008, during a roofing job at 540 S. First St., Milwaukee.

• Rock and Tait Roofing LLC, Chippewa Falls, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 14 to reduce an $800 fall-protection citation to $400. The company was issued the citation April 12 during a roofing job at 2210 Gooder St., Eau Claire.

• Wanke Builders Inc., Medford, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 20 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $420. The company was issued the citation April 12 during a single-family housing job in Ogema.

• Lindus Construction Inc., Baldwin, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 26 to reduce an $875 fall-protection citation to $613 and an $875 ladders citation to $612. The company was issued the citations April 12 during a residential building job in Baldwin.

• Lemberg Electric Co. Inc., Brookfield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 28 to pay a $1,750 aerial-lifts citation and to reduce a $500 recordkeeping-forms citation to $0. The company was issued the citations April 13 during a specialty-trade job in Milwaukee.

• Wausau Homes Inc., Wausau, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 28 to reduce a $1,000 fall-protection citation to $600. The company was issued the citation April 12 during a specialty-trade job in Ogema.

• Firle Construction Inc., River Falls, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 29 to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $450. The company was issued the citation April 7 during a framing job at 1878 Christie St., River Falls.

• Westview Construction Inc., River Falls, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 29 to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $450. The company was issued the citation April 7 during a single-family housing job at 1878 Christie St., River Falls.

• Roberto Rojas, Stoughton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 3 to reduce a $750 electrical-wiring-design-and-protection citation to $525 and a $750 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $525. The company was issued the citations April 13 during a drywall and insulation job at 5880 S. Howell Ave., Milwaukee.
