• Feaker & Sons Co. Inc., De Pere, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 20 to reduce a $450 head-protection citation to $200 and two specific-excavation-requirements citations, totaling $2,250, to $1,400. The company was issued the citations April 14 during a water- and sewer-line job at 128 W. Wisconsin Ave., Neenah.
• JKL Roofing Inc., Big Bend, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 22 to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $525. The company was issued the citation April 20 during a roofing job at 1349 Rose Court, Waukesha.
• Moede’s Roofing & Insulation LLC, Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 26 to reduce a $225 fall-protection citation to $157.50. The company was issued the citation April 20 during a roofing job at 18470 Surrey Lane, Brookfield.
• Halverson Brothers Plumbing & Heating Inc., Menomonie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 27 to reduce a $1,000 safety-training-and-education citation to $500. The company was issued the citation April 19 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 515 Wilson Ave. W., Menomonie.
• Sims Roofing and Siding Inc., Cottage Grove, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 27 to reduce a $2,000 powered-industrial-trucks citation to $1,200 and a $2,000 scaffolding citation to $1,200. The company was issued the citations April 19 during a roofing job at 1103 Jenifer St., Madison.
• Alacran Contracting, Rockford, Ill., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 28 to reduce a $750 hazard-communication citation to $675 and two respiratory-protection citations, totaling $900, to $810. The company was issued the citations April 19 during a nonresidential building job at 2007 W. 12th St., Fort McCoy.
• Harold Tauschek & Sons Excavating & Snow Removal Inc., New Franken, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 3 to reduce a $450 head-protection citation to $315 and a $750 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $525. The company was issued the citations April 20 during a water- and sewer-line job in Green Bay.
• Wes’ Masonry, Middleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 4 to reduce two scaffolding citations, totaling $3,000, to $1,800. The company was issued the citations April 19 during a masonry job in Madison.
• Home Renovation Plus, Milton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 4 to reduce a $1,050 eye-and-face-protection citation to $735, a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $1,050, and two ladders citations, totaling $2,550, to $1,785. The company was issued the citations April 19 during a residential remodeling job in Janesville.
• Maas Brothers Construction Co. Inc., Watertown, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 5 to reduce a $1,400 material-handling-equipment citation to $840. The company was issued the citation April 14 during a nonresidential building job at 600 S. Church St., Watertown.
• Armor Shield Roofing Systems LLC, De Pere, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 10 to reduce a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $735. The company was issued the citations April 14 during a roofing job at 2902 Mt. View Ave., Schofield.
• Rhom Construction LLC, Eleva, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 10 to reduce a $1,000 safety-training-and-education citation to $500. The company was issued the citation April 19 during an industrial building job at 515 Wilson Ave. W., Menomonie.
• H&L Construction LLC, Sun Prairie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 11 to reduce a $1,500 aerial-lifts citation to $900 and a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $900. The company was issued the citations April 19 during a siding job at 5194 E. Cheryl Parkway, Fitchburg.
• Wilderness Woodworks Inc., Hillsboro, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on May 14 to reduce a $450 housekeeping citation to $200; a $1,500 fire-protection citation to $800; a $1,500 scaffolding-training citation to $800; $1,500 stairways citation to $800; two fall-protection citations, totaling $1,950, to $1,000; and three scaffolding citations, totaling $4,500, to $2,400. The company was issued the citations Feb. 3 during a framing job at 402 Genesse St., Delafield.
• United Painting Inc., Forest Junction, will reach a formal settlement with OSHA on June 7 to reduce three lead citations, totaling $1,875, to $645 and four inorganic-arsenic citations, totaling $2,500, to $855. The company was issued the citations Dec. 15 during a painting and paper-hanging job in Richfield.
