• Metzler Roofing Inc., Stoughton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 30 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $360 and a $600 fall-protection-training citation to $360. The company was issued the citations April 26 during a roofing job in Stoughton.

• Lange Electric Inc., Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 6 to reduce two electrical-installation-safety-requirements citations, totaling $1,500, to $100 and three electrical-wiring-methods citations, totaling $2,250, to $850. The company was issued the citations April 22 during an electrical job at 159 N. Jackson St., Milwaukee.

• Jackson Square LLC, Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 6 to pay a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation and a $750 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation and to reduce two fall-protection citations, totaling $3,000, to $1,500 and three electrical-wiring-methods citations, totaling $2,250, to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $750 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation; two fall-protection citations, totaling $3,000; and three electrical-wiring-methods citations, totaling $2,250. The company was issued the citations April 27 during a nonresidential building job at 159 N. Jackson St., Milwaukee.

• Williams Roofing Co. Inc., Mukwonago, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 7 to reduce a $300 fall-protection citation to $210. The company was issued the citation April 27 during a roofing job at 11767 Waterford St., Greenfield.

• Patulski Concrete & Masonry LLC, New Berlin, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 11 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $900 and two fall-protection citations, totaling $3,000, to $1,800. The company was issued the citations April 27 during a masonry job at 159 N. Jackson St., Milwaukee.

• Elite Roofing and Home Improvements LLC, Burlington, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 11 to reduce a $2,000 fall-protection citation to $500. The company was issued the citation April 27 during a roofing job at 308 Sheffield Road, Waukesha.

• Ostrander Masonry Inc., Mount Horeb, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 12 to reduce a $1,500 scaffolding citation to $975. The company was issued the citation April 26 during a masonry job at 5194 E. Cheryl Parkway, Fitchburg.

• Kampa Construction, Arcadia, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 12 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $300 and a $600 ladders citation to $300. The company was issued the citations April 22 during a single-family housing job at W26899 Mesa Lane, Arcadia.

• T&R Roofing and Construction LLC, Rio, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 13 to reduce a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $630, a $1,050 fall-protection-training citation to $630 and a $600 ladders citation to $360. The company was issued the citations April 22 during a roofing job at 522 Fremont St., Lake Mills.

• Flores Roofing & Siding, Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 13 to reduce a $1,500 electrical-wiring-design-and-protection citation to $750. The company was issued the citation April 23 during a residential remodeling job at 6010 Midwood Ave., Monona.

• Prairie Masonry & Chimney Specialists Inc., Sun Prairie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 17 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $420. The company was issued the citation April 26 during a masonry job in Sun Prairie.

• Van Buren Place LLC, Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 17 to reduce a $750 rough-terrain-forklift citation to $525 and two scaffolding citations, totaling $3,000, to $2,100. The company was issued the citations April 26 during a nonresidential building job at 2650 Newtown Drive, Sun Prairie.
