• Nyhof Custom Gutter & Aluminum Inc., Oostburg, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 18 to reduce a $525 scaffolding citation to $367.50 and a $525 scaffolding-training citation to $367.50. The company was issued the citations May 17 during a siding job at 815 Washington St., Grafton.

• Rick’s Plumbing and Heating, Spooner, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 19 to reduce a $450 concrete-and-masonry-construction citation to $315. The company was issued the citation May 17 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 725 Knapp St., Chetek.

• Strand Electric Service Co., Park Falls, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 21 to reduce a $375 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $263. The company was issued the citation May 12 during an electrical job at 1347 Fourth Ave. S., Park Falls.

• Steinke Services Inc., Saukville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 21 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $420; two electrical-installation-safety-requirements citations, totaling $1,200, to $840; and two electrical-wiring-methods citations, totaling $1,200, to $840. The company was issued the citations May 11 during a nonresidential building job at 815 Washington St., Grafton.

• Barley Excavating Inc., Menomonee, Mich., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 24 to reduce a $1,400 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $980. The company was issued the citation May 11 during a water- and sewer-line job at 2807 Hall Ave., Marinette.

• Joseph Schmitt and Sons, Sheboygan, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 24 to reduce an $875 scaffolding citation to $612.50. The company was issued the citation May 11 during an industrial building and warehouse job at 1317 N. 25th St., Sheboygan.

• Martin & Sons Roofing Inc., Kenosha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 2 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $900 and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,500 fall-protection citation and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations May 14 during a roofing job at 1470 37th Ave., Kenosha.

• Kuwik Masonry, Wadsworth, Ill., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 3 to reduce two scaffolding citations, totaling $3,000, to $600. The company was issued the citations May 14 during a masonry job at 8547 94th Ave., Pleasant Prairie.

• JB’s Handyman Service Inc., New Berlin, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 4 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $300, a $600 fall-protection-training citation to $0 and a $600 ladders citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $600 fall-protection citation, a $600 fall-protection-training citation and a $600 ladders citation. The company was issued the citations May 18 during a finishing job at 1559 Dover Drive, Waukesha.

• IEI General Contractors Inc., De Pere, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 7 to reduce a $1,200 flammable-and-combustible-liquids citation to $700 and a $3,000 fall-protection citation to $1,800. The company was issued the citations May 12 during a nonresidential building job at 6401 Copps Drive, Monona.

• Quality Seal Roofing, Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 9 to reduce a $1,500 ladders citation to $900, a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $600 and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,500 fall-protection citation and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations May 18 during a roofing job at 309 Kane St., Burlington.

• C3T Construction Co. Inc., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 10 to reduce a $525 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $367.50. The company was issued the citation April 22 during an industrial building and warehouse job at 500 E. Veterans St., Tomah.
