• Stickney Excavating LLC, Tomah, must pay a $525 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation April 23 during an excavation job at 500 E. Veterans St., Tomah.

• Oimoen Electrical, Blue Mounds, paid a $225 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation June 4. The company was issued the citation May 24 during an electrical job at 8119 Mayo Drive, Madison.

• Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., Sun Prairie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 9 to reduce a $100 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $70. The company was issued the citation May 25 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 8119 Mayo Drive, Madison.

• K.S. Schmidt Home Improvement LLC, Kaukauna, paid a $450 head-protection citation and a $1,050 fall-protection citation June 9. The company was issued the citations May 19 during a single-family housing job at 1235 Ben’s Way, Kaukauna.

• GSB Services LLC, Delafield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 10 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $420. The company was issued the citation May 25 during a specialty trade job at 4213 Dwight Road, Madison.

• Badgerland Demolition & Earthwork Inc., De Pere, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 11 to reduce a $750 eye-and-face-protection citation to $525. The company was issued the citation May 19 during a wrecking and demolition job at 211 Doty Ave., Neenah.

• Brickl Bros. Inc., West Salem, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 14 to reduce a $2,500 fall-protection citation to $1,750. The company was issued the citation May 24 during an industrial building and warehouse job at 211 Leer St., New Lisbon.

• Connery Construction Inc., Cottage Grove, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 16 to pay an $800 eye-and-face-protection citation and to dismiss two electrical-installation-safety-requirements citations, totaling $2,200. The company was issued the citations May 25 during a nonresidential building job at 8119 Mayo Drive, Madison.
