• Wieser Brothers Inc., La Crescent, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 17 to reduce a $525 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $367.50. The company was issued the citation June 1 during an industrial building and warehouse job in La Crosse.

• Olympic Builders General Contractors Inc., Holmen, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 21 to reduce a $1,000 eye-and-face-protection citation to $700. The company was issued the citation June 14 during a single-family housing job in Black River Falls.

• Ritchie Construction LLC, Shiocton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 30 to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $525 and a $450 ladders citation to $315. The company was issued the citations June 16 during a single-family housing job at 5414 N. Rosemary Drive, Appleton.

• Marawood Construction Services Inc., Marshfield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 2 to reduce an $875 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $613, a $625 aerial-lifts citation to $437 and a $500 cranes-and-derricks citation to $350. The company was issued the citations June 14 during an industrial building and warehouse job in Owen.

• Market & Johnson Inc., Eau Claire, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 7 to reduce a $1,375 scaffolding citation to $688. The company was issued the citation June 16 during an industrial building and warehouse job at 1700 W. Stout St., Rice Lake.
