Plans for a PNC Bank that will be located on Green Tree and Port Washington roads in Glendale are expected to be approved Tuesday night.
In May, the Pennsylvania-based PNC announced plans to $50 million expand in the Milwaukee area. PNC is the nation’s sixth largest bank by deposits with assets of more than $265 billion. In 2008, PNC acquired National City Bank, which had several locations in Wisconsin.
The bank has 2,400 locations in 15 states and the District of Columbia.
The Glendale proposal calls for a 5,400-square-foot, single-story building on the northwest corner. Odyssey Hotels Inc. of Chicago plans to develop an 80-unit Staybridge Suites to the west of the site of the bank, but that project is still in the conceptual stage, said Glendale Administrator Richard Maslowski.
