• Juan Barreras, Madison, must pay a $1,050 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation May 26 during a roofing job at 310 Rowe St., Stoughton.

• G&R Exteriors LLC, New Berlin, must pay a $1,500 fall-protection citation and a $750 ladders citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations May 24 during a roofing job at N6 W31449 Alberta Drive, Delafield.

• Cardinal Construction Co. Inc., Fond du Lac, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 9 to reduce a $700 electrical-wiring-design-and-protection citation to $420. The company was issued the citation July 2 during a framing job Rhinelander.

• Cardinal Construction Co. Inc., Fond du Lac, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 9 to reduce a $700 woodworking-tools citation to $420. The company was issued the citation July 2 during a framing job at 731 E. Scott St., Fond du Lac.

• Krebsbach Construction, Cascade, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 13 to reduce a $1,050 scaffolding citation to $735. The company was issued the citation July 2 during a single-family housing job at 2384 Ryan Ave., Plymouth.

• Dan Sillars General Contractor Inc., Wausau, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 26 to reduce a $600 scaffolding citation to $300 and a $600 ladders citation to $300. The company was issued the citations July 2 during a masonry job at 426 Washington St., Wausau.

• Guardian Home Improvements Inc., Sussex, will reach a formal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 14 to reduce a $600 head-protection citation to $100, a $600 ladders citation to $100, a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $300 and a $600 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,050 fall-protection citation and a $600 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations Jan. 27 during a roofing job at 3441 Freedom Lane, Madison.
