OSHA reports

• T Construction Inc., Hillsboro, must pay a $300 abatement-verification citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation June 11 after a roofing job at 114 Main St., Elroy.

• Jose Romero Roofing, West Bend, must pay a $1,050 fall-protection citation and a $1,050 fall-protection-training citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations June 7 during a roofing job at 1131 Janesville Ave., Fort Atkinson.

• Jason Kaiser Construction, Sun Prairie, must pay a $300 abatement-verification citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation June 24 after a roofing job at 651 Schiller St., Sun Prairie.

• Excellence Builders, Chippewa Falls, must pay a $750 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation June 21 during a roofing job at 2224 Skeels Ave., Eau Claire.

• Ron’s Roofing and Siding, Suamico, paid a $750 eye-and-face-protection citation, a $600 fall-protection citation and a $600 ladders citation July 29. The company was issued the citations July 22 during a roofing job in Appleton.

• American Sewer Services Inc., Rubicon, will reach a formal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 30 to reduce a $2,000 confined-spaces citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citation Nov. 25 during a water- and sewer-line job in Milwaukee.

• Wollin Builders, Cottage Grove, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 11 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $900 and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $900. The company was issued the citations July 15 during a residential remodeling job at 1409 Matthew Way, Stoughton.

• VL Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc., Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 11 to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $525. The company was issued the citation July 20 during a roofing job at 13705 W. National Ave., New Berlin.

• Van Buren Place LLC, Madison, paid a $300 abatement-verification citation Aug. 18. The company was issued the citation July 7 after a nonresidential building job at 2650 Newtown Drive, Sun Prairie.

• Mid-States Concrete Industries LLC, South Beloit, Ill., reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 20 to reduce a $4,000 safety-training-and-education citation to $3,000. The company was issued the citation April 22 during a concrete job at 1100 55th St., Kenosha.
