• LeFever Roofing LLC, Dousman, must pay a $600 eye-and-face-protection citation and a $750 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations July 14 during a roofing job in Menomonee Falls.

• Concrete Technology, Stevens Point, must pay two scaffolding citations, totaling $2,250, because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations July 19 during a specialty trade job at 5370 Highway 10 E., Stevens Point.

• Spencer & Sons Home Improvements LLC, New London, must pay a $450 electrical-safety-related-work-practices citation and a $750 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations July 7 during a roofing job at 218 W. Spring St., New London.

• First Superior Exteriors Inc., Greenfield, must pay a $1,000 ladders citation and a $2,000 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations July 9 during a roofing job at 508 Wynnewood Court, Waukesha.

• De Jong Roofing LLC, Hingham, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 31 to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $525. The company was issued the citation Aug. 23 during a roofing job at 2411 Weeden Creek Road, Sheboygan.

• Harbor Construction of Door County Inc., Baileys Harbor, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 1 to reduce a $450 head-protection citation to $315 and a $1,500 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $1,050. The company was issued the citations Aug. 20 during an excavation job in Sister Bay.

• Steinhauer Enterprises Inc., Eau Claire, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 1 to reduce a $750 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $225 and a $750 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation $225. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss two specific-excavation-requirements citations, totaling $2,100. The company was issued the citations Aug. 20 during a water- and sewer-line job at 3303 Fear St., Eau Claire.

• Wachmuth Excavating LLC, Elk Mound, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 1 to reduce a $750 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $225 and to dismiss $750 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation and two specific-excavation-requirements citations, totaling $1,950. The company was issued the citations Aug. 20 during a water- and sewer-line job at 3303 Fear St., Eau Claire.

• Leeman & Marko Construction LLP, Pulaski, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 3 to reduce a $375 electrical-wiring-design-and-protection citation to $262.50 and a $1,500 scaffolding citation to $1,050. The company was issued the citation Aug. 19 during a single-family housing job in Green Bay.

• Kenosha Insulation Co. LLC, Kenosha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 9 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $300, a $1,050 fall-protection-training citation to $525 and a $1,050 ladders citation to $525. The company was issued the citations Aug. 23 during a roofing job at 7217 35th Ave., Kenosha.

• Eternity Builders Inc., Little Chute, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 10 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $1,050 and a $600 ladders citation to $420. The company was issued the citations Aug. 19 during a single-family housing job at W6941 Hawkfield Court, Greenville.

• Van’s Lumber & Custom Builders Inc., Luxemburg, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 13 to reduce a $1,250 fall-protection citation to $750 and two scaffolding citations, totaling $5,000, to $3,000. The company was issued the citations Aug. 23 during a single-family housing job at 966 Bayshore Drive, Sister Bay.

• Stonecraft Masonry Inc., Pewaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 14 to pay a $750 scaffolding-training citation and to reduce a $450 head-protection citation to $0, and four scaffolding citations, totaling $2,850, to $1,050. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $750 scaffolding-training citation and three scaffolding citations, totaling $2,250. The company was issued the citations Aug. 23 during a masonry job at 143 Lake Shore Drive, Grafton.

• Ramz General Construction LLC, Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 15 to pay a $750 fall-protection citation and to reduce a $600 head-protection citation to $0 and a $750 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $750 fall-protection citation and a $750 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations Aug. 23 during a roofing job at 8141 Harwood Ave., Wauwatosa.

• Pride Construction LLC, Sturgeon Bay, paid a $750 aerial-lifts citation Sept. 22. The company was issued the citation July 20 during a residential remodeling job at 5575 W. Dunn Road, Sturgeon Bay.
