• Bauer Roofing, Watertown, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 9 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $900. The company was issued the citation Sept. 2 during a roofing job in Sun Prairie.

• Vinton Construction Co., Detroit, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 9 to reduce a $2,000 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $1,200 and to dismiss a $1,600 eye-and-face-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Sept. 1 during a highway and street job in Kaukauna.

• Statz Construction, Helenville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 16 to reduce a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $735. The company was issued the citation Aug. 23 during a residential remodeling job in Whitewater.

• American Erecting & Iron Works Inc., Racine, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 16 to reduce a $1,500 steel-erection-fall-protection citation to $1,050 and a $1,500 steel-erection-fall-protection-training citation to $1,050. The company was issued the citations Sept. 1 during a structural-steel erection job at 5000 70th Ave., Kenosha.

• C&L Contracting Inc., Gillett, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 17 to reduce an $875 mechanical-power-transmission-apparatus citation to $612.50 and two lead citations, totaling $1,925, to $1,347.50. The company was issued the citations Sept. 2 during a painting and paper-hanging job in Mosinee.

• Vinton Construction Co., Detroit, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 17 to reduce a $2,000 respiratory-protection citation to $1,400. The company was issued the citation Aug. 30 during a highway and street job in Oshkosh.

• Rebar Placing Two LLC, Manitowoc, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 20 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $900. The company was issued the citation Aug. 27 during a concrete job at 750 University Ave., Madison.

• Brock Construction & Masonry LLC, Fort Atkinson, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 21 to reduce a $1,500 scaffolding citation to $975. The company was issued the citation Aug. 27 during a masonry job in Whitewater.

• Brock Construction & Masonry LLC, Fort Atkinson, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 21 to reduce a $1,500 respiratory-protection citation to $975 and a $600 eye-and-face-protection citation to $390. The company was issued the citations Sept. 2 during a masonry job in Whitewater.

• C. Bronkhorst Builders Inc., Brandon, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 21 to reduce a $1,050 fall-protection citation to $735 and a $1,050 fall-protection-training citation to $735. The company was issued the citations Sept. 2 during a roofing job at 1118 Lake Shore Drive, Beaver Dam.

• Paul Crandall & Associates Inc., Grafton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 29 to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $525. The company was issued the citation Aug. 11 during a roofing job at 8584 W. Appleton Ave., Milwaukee.

• Homburg Contractors Inc., Monona, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 29 to reduce a $4,200 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $3,150. The company was issued the citation Aug. 11 during an excavation job in Madison.
