The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee is overseeing the renovation project with Quorum Architects Inc., MIlwaukee, and J.P. Cullen & Sons Inc., Janesville, on the 164,868-square-foot rebuild. When it is completed in the fall of 2012, the 201-unit building will meet accessibility requirements and features increased energy efficiency.
