A crew with Wisconsin Constructors LLC works to place pilings as traffic on the ramp to I-894 passes by Monday in Milwaukee. The current phase of the rebuild of the I-94 north-south project is expected to be complete by Dec.17. Wisconsin Constructors — which consists of Lunda Construction Co., Black River Falls; Edgerton Contractors Inc., Oak Creek; and Michaels Corp., Brownsville - is working on the freeway from between College and Howard avenues. The project includes construction work on 16 bridges, seven noise barrier walls, 28 retaining walls, 54 sign bridges, storm sewers, pavement, curb and gutter, utilities and concrete barriers.
