OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — United Steelworkers leaders say they expect union members will reject a contract proposal Tuesday offered by the Hoffmaster Group Inc. in Oshkosh because it seeks concessions without offering any incentives.
About 400 Hoffmaster employees are voting on the three-year contract proposal, which may not bring an end to a six-month impasse between the two sides.
Local 2-169 President Tim Neubauer said further negotiating sessions have already been scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday.
