The company was issued the citations Oct. 19 during a single-family housing job at 922 Augusta St., Oregon.

• Azar LLC, Racine, must pay a $750 fire-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Oct. 29 during a wrecking and demolition job at 3600 S. Moorland Road, New Berlin.

• Trudeau Specialties LLC, Franklin, must pay a $1,500 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Oct. 13 during a roofing job at 5030 S. 74th St., Greenfield.

• N&N Struga Construction LLC, Cudahy, must pay a $450 eye-and-face-protection citation and a $600 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Oct. 13 during a tile and terrazzo job at 5030 S. 74th St., Greenfield.

• Ideal Drywall Inc., Racine, must pay a $1,000 electrical-wiring-methods citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Oct. 13 during a drywall and insulation job at 5030 S. 74th St., Greenfield.

• Elite Electrical Co. LLC, Sturtevant, must pay a $600 electrical-wiring-methods citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Oct. 13 during an electrical job at 5030 S. 74th St., Greenfield.

• Rick’s Improvement, Racine, must pay a $600 electrical-wiring-methods citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Oct. 13 during a framing job at 5030 S. 74th St., Greenfield.

• The Wood Mechanic LLC, New Berlin, must pay a $450 eye-and-face-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Oct. 13 during a finishing job at 5030 S. 74th St., Greenfield.

• Indiana P Q Stucco LLC, Indianapolis, must pay two electrical-installation-safety-requirements citations, totaling $1,800, because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Oct. 13 during a concrete job at 5030 S. 74th St., Greenfield.

• Town City Construction, Appleton, must pay a $1,000 fall-protection citation, a $1,000 ladders citation and a $2,000 fall-protection-training citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Oct. 20 during a roofing job at W6653 Rickey Lane, Greenville.

• JB Construction, Mauston, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 5 to reduce a $1,050 eye-and-face-protection citation to $525, a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $750 and a $1,050 ladders citation to $525. The company was issued the citations Oct. 14 during a residential remodeling job at 457 Netherwood St., Oregon.

• Halverson Bros. Inc., Menomonie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 1 to reduce a $2,550 fall-protection citation to $1,785. The company was issued the citation Nov. 12 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 1400 N. Broadway St., Menomonie.

• Zignego Co. Inc., Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 1 to reduce a $3,500 fall-protection citation to $2,000. The company was issued the citation Nov. 10 during a highway and street job in West Allis.

• RTS Roofing Inc., Chetek, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 2 to reduce two fall-protection citations, totaling $3,600, to $2,520. The company was issued the citations Nov. 12 during a roofing job at 400 Cameron St., Eau Claire.
