OSHA reports
• R&R Exteriors, New Berlin, must pay a $1,530 head-protection citation and a $1,530 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Oct. 5 during a roofing job in Rice Lake.
• CJC Construction LLC, Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 7 to reduce a $6,600 scaffolding citation to $1,200. The company was issued the citation Nov. 26 during a single-family housing job in Bellevue.
• Robert’s Roofing & Siding Inc., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 8 to reduce a $5,390 fall-protection citation to $2,500. The company was issued the citation Dec. 1 during a roofing job at 1452 N. Seventh St., Milwaukee.
• Steve Fischer Construction LLC, Pulaski, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 8 to reduce a $2,640 scaffolding citation to $2,200 and a $26,400 fall-protection citation to $10,800. The company was issued the citations Nov. 26 during a single-family housing job at 1418 Angels Drive, Ledgeview.
• Canopy Construction, Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 13 to reduce a $750 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $525 and a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $1,050. The company was issued the citations Nov. 26 during a residential remodeling job at 612 Fifth St., Menasha.
• Bill Schoenecker Construction LLC, Hartford, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 22 to pay a $4,200 scaffolding citation and to reduce a $2,400 eye-and-face-protection citation to $0 and a $2,400 ladders citation to $1,200. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $4,200 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Dec. 1 during a single-family housing job in South Milwaukee.
• Bob Peschong Remodelers, Hartland, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 29 to reduce a $1,800 head-protection citation to $696. The company was issued the citation Nov. 9 during a roofing job in Milwaukee.
