• Singles Roofing Inc., Westfield, must pay a $750 fall-protection citation and a $1,050 ladders citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Nov. 4 during a roofing job at 105 E. Howard St., Portage.

• RBD Construction, Waukegan, Ill., must pay a $1,500 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Sept. 27 during a roofing job at 1109 Greig Trail, Stoughton.

• McGarry Professional Roofing, Milton, must pay a $3,600 eye-and-face-protection citation, a $4,200 fall-protection citation, a $4,200 fall-protection-training citation and a $3,000 ladders citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Nov. 4 during a roofing job at 4701 Dresser Drive, Janesville.

• Todd Thiele Construction Inc., Janesville, must pay a $3,600 eye-and-face-protection citation and a $3,600 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Nov. 3 during a roofing job at 3934 E. Milwaukee St., Janesville.

• Finishline Custom Construction LLC, Cambridge, must pay a $4,200 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Nov. 5 during a siding job at 7617 Mineral Point Road, Madison.

• Glitter Construction Inc., Kewaskum, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 7 to reduce a $2,640 head-protection citation to $1,320, a $2,640 ladders citation to $1,320, a $3,960 eye-and-face-protection citation to $1,980 and a $9,240 fall-protection citation to $4,620. The company was issued the citations Dec. 3 during a framing job at 709 Park Ave., Beaver Dam.

• Menjivar Roofing, Watertown, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 13 to reduce a $3,600 fall-protection citation to $2,520, a $1,800 fall-protection-training citation to $1,260 and a $2,400 ladders citation to $1,680. The company was issued the citations Dec. 8 during a roofing job in Madison.

• Relyco Inc., De Pere, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 23 to reduce a $4,410 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $3,087. The company was issued the citation Dec. 8 during a highway and street job in De Pere.

• Mr. Builder, Durand, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 28 to reduce a $4,200 truss citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citation Dec. 3 during a residential building job at 5240 Kane Road, Eau Claire.

• Redwood Construction Inc., Union Grove, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 30 to reduce a $3,060 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $0, a $2,040 fall-protection citation to $1,000 and a $2,040 fall-protection-training citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citations Dec. 9 during an industrial building and warehouse job at 7511 12th St., Somers.
