• Crystal Print Inc., Little Chute, must pay a $2,975 demolition-preparatory-operations citation and two lead citations, totaling $4,760, because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Jan. 12 during a wrecking and demolition job at 103 North Ave., Little Chute.

• Prime Investment, Racine, must pay a $2,160 head-protection citation, a $3,780 electrical-safety-related-work-practices citation, a $2,700 scaffolding citation, a $2,700 scaffolding-training citation and a $3,780 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Jan. 13 during a roofing job at 11919 W. Bluemound Road, Wauwatosa.

• Junior Garcia, Chicago, must pay a $2,400 eye-and-face-protection citation, a $4,200 fall-protection citation and a $3,000 ladders citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Jan. 13 during a roofing job at 512 E. Henry Clay St., Whitefish Bay.

• Golden’s Chimney Lining LLC, Princeton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 17 to reduce a $1,800 hazard-communication citation to $1,260. The company was issued the citation Feb. 3 during a masonry job at 107 S. Second St., Princeton.

• Hans Roofing & Siding Inc., Oconomowoc, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 18 to reduce a $1,800 eye-and-face-protection citation to $0, a $3,000 ladders citation to $600 and two fall-protection citations, totaling $5,400, to $2,400. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss two fall-protection citations, totaling $5,400. The company was issued the citations Jan. 28 during a roofing job at 6104 W. Wells St., Wauwatosa.

•Halverson Bros. Inc., Menomonie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 22 to reduce a $1,530 arc-welding-and-cutting citation to $1,071. The company was issued the citation Feb. 4 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job in Menomonie.

• Neuman Pools Inc., Beaver Dam, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 22 to reduce a $3,570 fire-prevention citation to $1,600 and a $3,570 fall-protection citation to $2,500. The company was issued the citations Feb. 9 during a specialty trade job at 1800 N. Swan Blvd., Wauwatosa.

• SH Christiansen, Rockford, Ill., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 23 to reduce a $4,900 cranes-and-derricks citation to $3,430. The company was issued the citation Feb. 8 during a roofing job at 6630 University Ave., Middleton.

• Wenger Construction Inc., Campbellsport, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 23 to reduce a $2,975 fall-protection citation to $1,400. The company was issued the citation Feb. 8 during a roofing job at 2201 N. 31st St., Milwaukee.

• Hanus & Sons, Janesville, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 28 to dismiss a $1,500 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citation May 25 during a roofing job at 439 Eisenhower Ave., Janesville.

• Metalcraft Roofing of Wisconsin Inc., Maribel, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 28 to reduce a $3,000 scaffolding citation to $1,500 and a $3,000 fall-protection citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citations Feb. 2 during a roofing job at 1350 S. Military Ave., Green Bay.

• K-B-K Services Inc., Ashland, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 1 to reduce a $2,300 ventilation-and-protection-in-welding-cutting-and-heating citation to $1,610. The company was issued the citation Feb. 7 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job in Menomonie.
