The Wisconsin Department of Transportation will hold a public hearing Wednesday to discuss the Zoo Interchange Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement.
The hearing is scheduled from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Tommy Thompson Youth Center, Wisconsin State Fair Park, 640 S. 84th St., West Allis. Formal testimony to a panel begins at 5 p.m.
The hearing will include information on the Zoo Interchange design alternatives. Members of the WisDOT project team will be on hand to answer questions and discuss the corridor improvement alternatives, according to a news release from WisDOT.
There will be three options for providing testimony: spoken testimony to a panel, spoken testimony one-on-one to a court reporter, or submitting written testimony. All written testimony should be emailed or postmarked no later than April 4 to become part of the record of the public hearing.
