• JB Construction, Mauston, must pay a $400 abatement-verification citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Jan. 21 following a residential remodeling job at 457 Netherwood St., Oregon.

• RBD Construction, Waukegan, Ill., must pay a $300 abatement-verification citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Jan. 20 following a roofing job at 1109 Greig Trail, Stoughton.

• Vanguard Contracting LLC, Oshkosh, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 3 to reduce a $660 respiratory-protection citation to $100. The company was issued the citation Jan. 11 during a nonresidential building job at 1155 S. Military Road, Fond du Lac.

• CR Roofing, Lancaster, Texas, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 23 to reduce a $3,000 eye-and-face-protection citation to $2,000, a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $2,000 and a $2,400 ladders citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citations Jan. 28 during a roofing job at 2990 Farmstead Drive, Appleton.

• Wenger Construction Inc., Campbellsport, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 23 to reduce a $2,400 fall-protection citation to $1,200. The company was issued the citation Feb. 17 during a finishing job at 400 N. Dodge St., Burlington.

• Albin Construction Inc., Wind Lake, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 2 to reduce a $3,960 scaffolding citation to $1,980, a $3,960 fall-protection-training citation to $0 and a $7,920 fall-protection citation to $7,000. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $3,960 fall-protection-training citation and a $7,920 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Feb. 16 during a masonry job at 1325 W. Cleveland Ave., Milwaukee.

• J.K. Contractors Inc., West Bend, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 3 to reduce a $1,800 head-protection citation to $0, a $4,200 fall-protection-training citation to $1,500 and an $8,400 fall-protection citation to $3,000. The company was issued the citations Feb. 17 during a roofing job at 4067 N. Lake Shore Drive, Shorewood.

• Francisco Carrillo, Lancaster, Texas, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 8 to reduce a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $2,940. The company was issued the citation Jan. 24 during a roofing job at 233 N. Appleton St., Appleton.

• F&H Drywall LLC, Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 8 to reduce a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $2,100 and a $4,200 fall-protection-training citation to $2,100. The company was issued the citations Feb. 16 during a specialty trade job at 7330 S. Lovers Lane, Franklin.

• Lifetime Chimneys LLC, Grafton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 8 to reduce a $2,295 scaffolding citation to $1,600 and a $1,377 fall-protection citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $2,295 scaffolding citation and a $1,377 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations Feb. 16 during a specialty trade job at 5670 N. Lake Drive, Whitefish Bay.

• Dale Anderson Masonry Inc., Allenton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 8 to reduce a $4,200 rough-terrain-forklift citation to $2,500, a $2,550 powered-industrial-trucks citation to $1,500 and five scaffolding citations, totaling $12,750, to $1,500. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss five scaffolding citations, totaling $12,750. The company was issued the citations Feb. 17 during a masonry job at 11025 N. Port Washington Road, Mequon.

• Martin Recycling Inc., Combined Locks, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 8 to reduce a $4,200 self-propelled-elevating-work-platform citation to $2,940 and a $3,000 eye-and-face-protection citation to $1,470. The company was issued the citations Feb. 15 during a wrecking and demolition job at 300 S. Pearl St., New London.

• Spiegl Construction LLC, Antigo, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 9 to reduce a $4,200 rough-terrain-forklift citation to $3,000 and a $3,000 eye-and-face-protection citation to $0. The company was issued the citations Feb. 15 during a finishing job at 1300 Bridge St., Antigo.

• PHD Roof Doctors Inc., Fredonia, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 9 to reduce a $2,380 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $1,800. The company was issued the citation Feb. 16 during a roofing job at 36883 E. Wisconsin Ave., Oconomowoc.

• J.F. Ahern Co., Fond du Lac, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 10 to reduce a $4,500 head-protection citation to $3,150 and a $6,300 fall-protection citation to $4,410. The company was issued the citations Feb. 17 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 2701 18th St., Kenosha.

• Vinton Construction Co., Detroit, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 10 to reduce a $34,650 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $17,325. The company was issued the citation Feb. 15 during a highway and street job at 1900 S. 10th St., Manitowoc.

• Eleete Plumbing Ltd., Hales Corners, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 15 to reduce a $3,600 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $1,000 and a $1,800 stairways-and-ladders citation to $0. The company was issued the citations Jan. 6 during an excavation job at W167 N11125 Queens Court, Germantown.

• Water Tight Roofing, Dousman, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 16 to reduce a $2,400 fall-protection citation to $1,200 and a $1,530 ladders citation to $765. The company was issued the citations Feb. 8 during a roofing job at W329 S8755 S. Oaktree Drive, Mukwonago.
