MADISON, Wis. (AP) — State water officials are planning a series of educational forums on how to reduce pollution in the Rock River basin.
Three forums will be held at the University of Wisconsin Extension’s Jefferson County office over the next few months. The first is set for April 14. Discussion will center on farm runoff management.
The second forum is set for May. That one will focus on water quality improvements.
The third is set for June 9 and will center on how weather changes will impact basin residents’ lives.
The forums are open to the public.
