• 5 Star Restoration, Milwaukee, must pay a $2,700 fall-protection citation and a $2,700 ladders citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations April 20 during roofing job at 14430 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield.

• E. Stanek Electric Inc., La Crosse, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 25 to pay a $2,400 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation. The company was issued the citation May 19 during an electrical job at 916 S. 10th St., La Crosse.

• Setterman Construction and Home Improvement, Burlington, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 25 to reduce a $1,530 fall-protection citation to $1,071. The company was issued the citation May 23 during a roofing job at 556 Outlook Drive, Twin Lakes.

• Curtin Roofing LLC, Reedsburg, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 25 to reduce a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $2,100, a $4,200 fall-protection-training citation to $2,100 and a $4,200 ladders citation to $2,100. The company was issued the citations May 19 during a roofing job at 5202 Regent St., Madison.

• Poellinger Inc., La Crosse, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 31 to reduce a $2,400 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $1,200. The company was issued the citation May 18 during a drywall and insulation job at 916 S. 10th St., La Crosse.

• RJS Construction Group LLC, Superior, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 2 to reduce a $2,975 electrical-wiring-design-and-protection citation to $2,083. The company was issued the citation May 17 during a nonresidential building job at 10435 Bayfield Road, Poplar.

• E&D Roofing Inc., Twin Lakes, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 6 to reduce a $1,530 fall-protection citation to $1,071. The company was issued the citation May 23 during a roofing job at 600 Wisconsin Ave., Twin Lakes.

• McCabe Construction Inc., Eau Claire, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 8 to reduce a $5,390 hydraulic-excavator citation to $4,851, a $3,850 safety-training-and-education citation to $1,925 and a $26,950 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $24,255. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $3,850 specific-excavation-requirements citation. The company was issued the citations May 19 during a highway and street construction job in Eau Claire.

• Community Living Solutions LLC, Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 8 to reduce a $1,530 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $1,071. The company was issued the citation May 23 during a nonresidential building job at 623 S. Second St., Luck.

• Kipper Konstruction LLC, Marathon, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 9 to reduce a $1,800 eye-and-face-protection citation to $720, a $3,000 woodworking-tools citation to $1,200, a $2,400 scaffolding citation to $960, a $2,400 fall-protection citation to $960 and a $2,400 ladders citation to $960. The company was issued the citations May 23 during a siding job at 708 Jones St., Eau Claire.

• De Leers Construction Inc., Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 9 to reduce a $3,780 respiratory-protection citation to $2,000, a $3,780 gases-vapors-fumes-dusts-and-mists citation to $0 and six lead citations, totaling $18,900, to $7,780. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $3,780 gases-vapors-fumes-dusts-and-mists citation and two lead citations, totaling $7,560. The company was issued the citations May 17 during a residential remodeling job at 68 Harrison St., Fond du Lac.
