HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) — An Illinois company is buying a shopping center in Hot Springs for about $24.5 million.
According to Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc., it has acquired Fairgrounds Crossing. The 155,000-square-foot mall is anchored by Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Bed Bath & Beyond.
The company also says it’s paying about $23.8 million for the Shoppes at Prairie Ridge, a shopping center in Pleasant Prairie, Wis. The company acquired the two shopping centers on behalf of Inland Diversified Real Estate Trust Inc.
