• Jeff the Roofer & Handyman Services, Greenfield, must pay a $3,000 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation May 17 during a roofing job at 9327 W. North Ave., Wauwatosa.

• F&H Drywall LLC, Milwaukee, must pay a $660 abatement-verification citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation May 18 following a drywall and insulation job at 3530 Straubel St., Madison.

• Barragan Roofing, Milwaukee, must pay a $2,700 fall-protection citation and a $2,700 fall-protection-training citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations May 16 during a roofing job at 7330 W. Fernwood Circle, Milwaukee.
• Seamless Siding LLC, West Allis, must pay a $1,800 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation May 16 during a roofing job at 7300 W. Dean Road, Milwaukee.

• Cedar Falls Building Systems Inc., Menomonie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 29 to reduce a $30,800 requirements-for-cast-in-place-concrete citation to $28,000. The company was issued the citation June 8 during a nonresidential building job at 1425 County Road S, Chippewa Falls.
