• Braves Drywall Inc., Brooklyn Park, Minn., must pay a $1,800 electrical-wiring-methods citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation May 31 during a specialty trade job at 623 Second St., Luck.

• Pyramid Construction of Wisconsin Inc., Baraboo, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 7 to reduce a $1,050 eye-and-face-protection citation to $225.81, a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $322.58, a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $322.58 and a $600 ladders citation to $129.03. The company was issued the citations July 8, 2010, during a roofing job at 2017 Stephanie Court, Black Earth.

• Lewis Construction Inc., Schofield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 30 to reduce a $7,000 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $5,600; a $4,000 liquefied-petroleum-gas citation to $3,200; a $7,000 fall-protection citation to $5,600; two requirements-for-cast-in-place-concrete citations, totaling $77,000, to $61,600; and five scaffolding citations, totaling $35,000, to $28,000. The company was issued the citations June 8 during a concrete job at 1425 County Road S, Chippewa Falls.

• Chimney Doctors, Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 1 to reduce a $1,530 fall-protection citation to $1,071 and a $1,300 ladders citation $910. The company was issued the citations June 23 during a masonry job at 2608 University Drive, Waukesha.

• MT Roofing Co., Cherry Valley, Ill., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 1 to reduce a $3,600 eye-and-face-protection citation to $1,080 and a $2,400 fall-protection citation to $720. The company was issued the citations June 3 during a roofing job at 9318 Briar Haven Drive, Madison.

• Weber Carpentry LLC, Theresa, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 5 to pay a $4,200 rough-terrain-forklift citation and to reduce three scaffolding citations, totaling $12,600, to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $4,200 rough-terrain-forklift citation and three scaffolding citations, totaling $12,600. The company was issued the citations June 22 during a framing job at 1278 Mary Hill Circle, Hartland.

• Overhead Solutions Inc., Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 7 to reduce a $3,000 eye-and-face-protection citation to $1,500 and a $3,000 fall-protection citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citations June 24 during a roofing job at 1127 W. Commercial St., Appleton.

• Five Star Roofing LLC, Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 8 to reduce a $6,600 fall-protection citation to $3,600 and two fall-protection-training citations, totaling $13,200, to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $6,600 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citations June 15 during a roofing job at N6051 Highway P, Hellenville.
