JobTrac Alert: Walk-through set for senior living project

Attic Angel Place Addition and Renovation, 8301 Old Sauk Road, Middleton

Community Living Solutions is requesting subtrade bids for an addition and renovation project to Attic Angel Place in Middleton.

Community Living Solutions, the design-build firm, has scheduled a pre-bid walk-through for from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday at the senior living facility, 8301 Old Sauk Road, Middleton.

It is imperative that all bidders attend the walk-through; access to the building at any other time cannot be guaranteed. (The second driveway to the left off of Attic Angel Circle leads to the main parking lot. Attendees should check in with the receptionist upon arrival.)

Subtrade bids are due to Community Living Solutions at 2 p.m. May 8.
