• The Handyman LLC, Sheboygan, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 18 to reduce a $2,400 fall-protection citation to $1,800 and a $2,400 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company was issued the citations Dec. 30 during a siding job at 11 E. Monroe Ave., Hartford.

• Jos. Schmitt & Sons Const. Co. Inc., Sheboygan, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 23 to reduce a $500 respiratory-protection citation to $350. The company was issued the citation Jan. 11 during a commercial and institutional building job at 975 N. Port Washington Road, Grafton.

• American Air Improvement Resources Inc., Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 24 to reduce a $2,040 asbestos citation to $1,200. The company was issued the citation Dec. 19 during a remediation job at 2115 E. Woodstock Place, Milwaukee.

• Assurance Roofing Inc., Mukwonago, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 24 to reduce a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $2,100. The company was issued the citation Dec. 30 during a roofing job at 4820 N. Oakland Ave., Whitefish Bay.

• Kevin Noller Caulking LLC, Richfield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 24 to reduce a $3,000 aerial-lifts citation to $1,800. The company was issued the citation Jan. 12 during a specialty trade job at 3190 Kettle Way, Beloit.

• G&J Services Group Inc., Saint Charles, Ill., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 26 to reduce a $2,550 aerial-lifts citation to $1,300. The company was issued the citation Jan. 5 during a finishing job at 2860 S. Green Bay Road, Racine.
