• Walk on Water LLC, Janesville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 4 to reduce a $2,550 aerial-lifts citation to $1,275. The company was issued the citation April 12 during a residential remodeling job at 270 Franklin St., Janesville.

• Rodriguez Quality Roofing LLC, Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 4 to reduce an $8,400 fall-protection citation to $5,040. The company was issued the citation April 18 during a residential remodeling job on Middleton Spring Drive in Middleton.

• J. Becher & Associates Inc., Rogers, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 8 to reduce a $1,785 fall-protection citation to $500 and to dismiss a $595 providing-records-to-government-representatives citation. The company was issued the citations April 12 during an electrical job at 575 Hospital Road, New Richmond.

• Hunzinger Construction Co., Brookfield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 9 to reduce a $6,300 fall-protection citation to $3,150 and to dismiss a $6,300 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation. The company was issued the citations April 16 during a commercial and institutional building job at 607 E. Polk St., Milwaukee.

• OCI Construction Services LLC, Stoughton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 9 to reduce a $2,528.75 liquefied-petroleum-gas citation to $0. The company was issued the citation April 12 during a siding job at 1001 E. 11th St. N., Ladysmith.

• Alonzo Avalos, Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 10 to reduce a $3,000 fall-protection citation to $2,000 and a $2,400 ladders citation to $0. The company was issued the citations April 19 during a roofing job at 302 11th Ave., West Bend.

• Grasser Construction, Kansasville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 11 to reduce a $3,000 fall-protection citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citations April 20 during a roofing job at 6927 Highway 164, Waterford.

• BPX Contractors Inc., Pewaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 11 to reduce a $9,240 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $4,500 and a $9,240 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $4,500. The company was issued the citations April 20 during a water- and sewer-line job at W186 S9079 Cardinal Drive, Muskego.

• Upland Builders LLC, Verona, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 11 to reduce a $2,400 aerial-lifts citation to $1,680. The company was issued the citation April 12 during a specialty trade job at 1070 W. Main St., Platteville.

• Iron Mike’s Services, Marion, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on May 14 to reduce a $3,000 eye-and-face-protection citation to $300, a $3,000 fall-protection citation to $300 and a $3,000 ladders citation to $300. The company was issued the citations Sept. 16 during a roofing job at 743 North St., Appleton.

• SL Custom Builders LLC, Rhinelander, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 15 to reduce a $4,200 medical-services-and-first-aid citation to $2,500 and a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $3,000. The company was issued the citations April 19 during a single-family housing job at 7482 Big Fork Road, Three Lakes.

• Ultra Carpentry LLC, Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 15 to reduce a $2,550 fall-protection citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citation April 19 during a framing job on Blackstone Circle in Germantown.

• Bradford Contractors LLC, Burlington, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 15 to reduce a $2,400 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $1,700 and a $2,040 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $0. The company was issued the citations April 27 during a water- and sewer-line job in South Milwaukee.

• Travis Markiewicz Construction LLC, Oconto Falls, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 15 to reduce a $2,640 fall-protection citation to $1,848. The company was issued the citation March 14 during a multifamily housing job at 2520 Stone Meadows Trail, Howard.

• W. Much Construction Inc., Waupaca, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 16 to reduce a $4,620 fall-protection citation to $2,400. The company was issued the citation April 23 during a commercial and institutional building job in Waupaca.

• Jose Duenez, Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 16 to reduce a $2,800 fall-protection citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citation May 1 during a roofing job at 2188 Meadow Green Drive, Neenah.
