MINNEAPOLIS — Minneapolis-based Ryan Cos. US Inc. has announced plans to expand and open a new office in southeast Wisconsin. Tim Hennelly, president of the Great Lakes Region for Ryan Cos., announced that the company has tapped Ryan Marks to lead the new office as its managing director.
Ryan Cos. has two significant projects under construction in the Milwaukee area: the 145,000-square-foot Froedtert Health Medical Group-Menomonee Falls Clinic in Menomonee Falls and the 175,000-square foot Underwood Crossing, a 175,000-square-foot, Target-anchored retail center in Brookfield.
