• Riedl & Son LLC, Fort Atkinson, must pay a $440 abatement-verification citation because the period to contest the violation with a Wisconsin OSHA office has ended. The company was issued the citation June 5 following a roofing job at 1004 Pawnee Court, Fort Atkinson.

• Costa Construction LLC, Fitchburg, must pay a $4,200 fall-protection citation and a $4,200 fall-protection-training citation because the period to contest the violations with a Wisconsin OSHA office has ended. The company was issued the citations April 4 during a siding job at 1954 Foggy Mountain Pass, Waunakee.

• Luis Velez Roofing, Poplar Grove, Ill., must pay a $4,200 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation with a Wisconsin OSHA office has ended. The company was issued the citation Jan. 13 during a single-family housing job in Janesville.

• Hayden Construction, Juda, must pay a $4,200 fall-protection citation and a $3,000 fall-protection-training citation because the period to contest the violations with a Wisconsin OSHA office has ended. The company was issued the citations Jan. 25 during a single-family housing job in Fitchburg.

The company was issued the citations June 4 during a commercial and institutional building job in Rice Lake.

• Paul’s One Man Crew, Waterford, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 27 to reduce a $2,800 fall-protection citation to $2,000 and a $2,800 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company was issued the citations May 16 during a roofing job at 2530 Hidden Circle, Waterford.

• South Gate Roofing LLC, Eau Claire, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on June 27 to reduce a $5,600 fall-protection citation to $3,920. The company was issued the citation June 6 during a roofing job at 3240 Melby Road, Eau Claire.
