• GTO Contractors LLC, Neenah, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on July 2 to pay a $26,950 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citation Aug. 22, 2011, during a roofing job at 238 Randolph Drive, Madison.

• Feiner Construction LLC, Spring Green, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 17 to reduce a $2,200 aerial-lifts citation to $1,540. The company was issued the citation June 27 during a siding job at 1070 W. Main St., Platteville.

• Peters Concrete Co., Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 18 to reduce a $3,500 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $1,400 and two specific-excavation-requirements citations, totaling $7,700, to $3,080. The company was issued the citations June 25 during a water- and sewer-line job in Brillion.

• Fox Cities Roofing Inc., Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 19 to reduce a $4,800 fall-protection citation to $2,400 and a $4,800 fall-protection-training citation to $2,400. The company was issued the citations June 21 during a roofing job in La Crosse.

• Jack Built Homes LLC, Burlington, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 19 to dismiss a $1,020 fall-protection-training citation and to reduce a $1,020 fall-protection citation to $400. The company was issued the citations June 28 during a residential remodeling job at 8408 Cooper Road, Kenosha.

• Blue Sky Contractors LLC, Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 20 to reduce a $1,360 electrical-wiring-design-and-protection citation to $952. The company was issued the citation June 25 during a specialty trade job at 700 Green Bay Road, Neenah.

• Showen Construction & Excavating LLC, Gays Mills, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 20 to reduce a $2,800 fall-protection citation to $1,800, a $2,800 fall-protection-training citation to $0 and a $2,000 demolition-preparatory-operations citation to $700. The company was issued the citations July 3 during a specialty trade job on Main Street in Gays Mills.

• Portillo Plaster Inc., Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 23 to reduce a $3,600 scaffolding-training citation to $0 and three scaffolding citations, totaling $9,600, to $3,300. The company was issued the citations July 5 during a siding job at 2003 Cardinal Way, Waunakee. Portillo also reached an informal settlement July 23 to reduce a $4,200 scaffolding-training citation to $0 and three scaffolding citations, totaling $12,600, to $4,200. The company was issued the citations June 25 during a siding job at 1013 Cardinal Way, Waunakee.

• Ser Roofing & Siding LLC, Brookfield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 23 to reduce a $2,800 fall-protection citation to $1,400, a $2,800 fall-protection-training citation to $0 and a $1,700 ladders citation to $0. The company was issued the citations July 3 during a roofing job at 4634 S. 20th St., Milwaukee. Ser also reached an informal settlement July 23 to reduce a $2,800 fall-protection citation to $1,400 and a $2,800 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company was issued the citations July 3 during a roofing job at 4622 S. 20th St., Milwaukee.

• Upland Builders LLC, Verona, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 25 to dismiss a $2,000 fall-protection-training citation and to reduce a $2,800 fall-protection citation to $2,000. The company was issued the citations June 26 during a specialty trade job at 1070 W. Main St., Platteville.

• Wagner Construction Co. Inc., Jefferson, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 25 to reduce a $1,360 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $800, a $1,360 electrical-safety-related-work-practices citation to $0 and a $1,600 fall-protection citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citations July 3 during a framing job at 2319 River Hill Court, Waukesha.

• Northfork Builders Inc., Cable, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 25 to increase a stairways citation from $0 to $1,400 and to reduce a $2,800 woodworking-tools citation to $1,960, a $4,900 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $3,430, a $2,800 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $1,960 and a $2,800 fall-protection citation to $0. The company was issued the citations July 9 during a single-family housing job at 48775 S. Lake Owen Drive, Cable.

• Buechner Construction Inc., Mount Horeb, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 26 to reduce a $2,400 fall-protection citation to $1,400, a $1,600 fall-protection-training citation to $800 and a $1,600 ladders citation to $800. The company was issued the citations July 12 during a specialty trade job at 100 Valley Drive, Mount Horeb.
