• Ever Clear Construction LLC, Milwaukee, must pay a $2,000 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation with a Wisconsin OSHA office has ended. The company was issued the citation May 18 during a roofing job at 18010 W. Ashlea Drive, Brookfield.

• Dan’s Delivery Service LLC, Marshfield, must pay a $2,800 safety-training-and-education citation and a $2,800 equipment citation because the period to contest the violations with a Wisconsin OSHA office has ended. The company was issued the citations Aug. 16 during a roofing job at 314 E. Beechwood Court, Mequon.

• Cedar Creek Carpentry Inc., West Bend, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 7 to reduce a $1,360 fall-protection citation to $952. The company was issued the citation Aug. 28 during a framing job at 5265 Juniper Lane, West Bend.
